No Option
Never a mistake
Will I make to break your heart-

Human Natural
Almost two decades I pretended
to not struggle
and when I had no option
people made sure I would struggle more.
Easy
the joke goes,
Lucky for those few....

Coming To Nairobi
Like a lazy patient serpent
Machines line up to an infinite stretch
Yonder is Nairobi, barely minutes
Away, only if traffic would thaw
No option but enjoy the engines' hum...

Resistance
For as long as we stand tall
Critics will always crawl
They gave me no option
Pushed me against the wall
Hoping for my withdrawal
But I stood tall
And kept giving my all...

The Dolls Choice
A fragile doll sits with her back to the glass
slowly sinking in sand that fights through the funnel
one grain at a time it replaces threads from the spindle
an agonizing process with no option to deny...

Forgotten Is No Option
At once my thoughts be still
To hear your voice so calming
Your song a melody
All but late in passing

Through my eye you run
From last to first return
If only gone was time
I'd be your arms surrounding

For every day is turning
And every night so long
Forgotten is no option
You'll be my home, my song...

Roses
Who does not know?
A woman is a rose
At which you must stare
And handle with care
Lest the hurt you bear.

What manner of heart
Will not stop and stare
At the sweet part
Of which he must beware
Or be aware

Who does not know
How it starts and grows
And how suddenly it bends
And ends
With no option to amend....

Beneath the Glass- It Burns
I know how they feel,
all the animals behind glass.

They are only living creatures,
but people can be crass.

I feel the lion and myself
have a lot in common,

Because frankly hiding
ain't no option.

I'm the ant under
the microscope,

The freak that stands out clear,

I'm the one that has no purpose
and should just disappear......

The Fallacy Within
Smiles-
On the surface shine so bright,
But rotting within.

The dentist comes and saves
The smile, but leaves a fallacy
Within.

Fake-
Putty packed in to fill the hole, normal now.
Yet never feeling the same.

The tongue slides over
The stranger. Not accepting-
Yet rejection is no option.

Stuck with the fake
Injection, fake happiness,
Fake smiles....

On a Foreign Shore
Time has told me
the error I must find
Time has asked me to ask for no more

Where's the lightness I seek
A rose without a thorn
is no option
Things I could say
Time well tell you

To bear beside me
Even ways you need to laugh
leave me in stitches

Time has told me
A random thought
for a troubled man
A distant ocean on a foreign shore
how they came and go...

No, I can’t believe it happened again!
Surely folks think I stand out like Big Ben
     The Jolly Old Green Giant
     Snarls at me, so defiant
Green hair – and I’m not a comedian

It first occurred just before I was wed
Dyed my blonde hair brown; it turned green instead
Now the chlorine in the pool
Made me look like quite a fool
And I’ve no option but to shave my head...

Premium Member Battle For Kohima
For a toss goes zen, when we face madmen. With no option left, our lethal stroke’s deft. Harbour no ill will for blood that did spill, in as was ordained ~ our heart is unstained. In line of duty, death too has beauty, being but a dream, that so chanced to stream. Erect was our stance through this happenchance, for we were empty ~ in serenity. 02-July-2022

I Would Not Deny Him
I chose to be a Christian.
Denial was no option.
I must bear witness.
Roman soldiers inquired,
“Do you follow Jesus Christ?”
My fate knew no fear.
Yes, He is the Son of God.
Forcefully, I was taken.
Oh, coliseum,
Bring forth thy gladiators.
I will not fight to the death.
Eternity, come!

His Love
Proclaiming with unction
Christ's love no question
Christ's grace no seduction
Pouring out in motion
Rendering no option
Faded not, still sustain
Ages can tell, experiencing undiluted
Trigger the guilt, confession made easy
The world is love, he gave us his one
He cherish his own not to perish
He saved me, he saved you
Rich in kindness, the foundation he holds.
Tarry you, you enjoying it
Everlasting, his claimed is long lasting....

Pain
Pain makes humans insane
pain leaves us with no option but acceptance
pain makes us inhuman
pain can nor be or either be embraced
pain is a sign of weakness
pain gives us wisdom
pain is pain
there is no better or worst pain
pain gives us strength
sometime takes all our energy
but still its stuck in our lives
pain leaves us with no option
no man is used to pain
come day light or at night
pain is a battle we all fight
do you know who pain is?...

Premium Member Condemnation Or Justification
Condemnation or Justification Written: by Tom Wright 11-1-2016 Withdrawing harsh words might be our choice, They leave us to passionately apologize at will. To retract is no option once uttered by voice, Because the impact persists in that heart still; Frequently abrasive words are voiced in haste, Leaving collateral damage on those unknown; Like grenades they leave the landscape waste, And we only remember the last one thrown.

Premium Member The Dancer
By Joseph Christopher Liguori and Robert James Liguori

Don't talk to me,
Just let me be.

I want to be a dancer,
not a necromancer.

You gave me no choice,
why do I have to hear your voice?

Let my legs, hips and arms move,
to music, not your rambling groove.

In life you tried to quash my dream,
I had no option but to push you in that stream.

Please release me from this trance,
so I can finally dance, dance, dance.

Lost Cause
Murder
 is no option
to hurt you solves
no crime

I took you for adoption
to be a child of mine,

you stabbed me in the evening,
you stabbed me in the night,

I somehow kept believing,
that love could make it right,

your bloody knife keeps bleeding
your hands are red and bright,

but my sad heart keeps needing
to save you in your plight,

you killed me in the ocean,
you killed me by the sea,

But I still have the notion,
the answer lies in me....

Waiting For My Crucifixion,
The night follows darkness
The morning follows the lightness
This is my night for the darkness is around
I am now neutral waiting for my crucifixion
For the Lightness has stopped on me
And shining on my adjoining house

Nothing I’ll do just wait for my execution
Be it with knife or rope on my neck
You can trigger my head or arrow my chest.
But I have no option over my judgments
For Dark Hour is on my side, I’ve to face my fate

Eating Disorder, (Abcedarian)
Aghast!

Bulimia causes dizziness,

Eating fullfils gluttony,

Having induced jutting,

Kindly leaves me no option

Pertaining questions

Relating sickness to

Untold visions.

Wickedly xeric,

Yearning zinc.

Afterwards

Battling courageous,

Downing each fill,

Gastroenteritis has identified

justifications kindly

Leaving meals

No other person questions,

Relishing salads than unusual varieties.

Waiting x-rated

yummy zakuska's....

RACE

Ant, rat, crab ran, also ran sparrow.
Road was full of bricks, long and narrow.
      Sparrow, rat, ant, crawling crab
had to rush for shoes to grab.
No option but all had to borrow.

Shoes needed by them varied in number
Rat took two pairs, just remember.
Pair needed by crab were four
Just three pairs clever ant wore.
Sparrow picked one pair on last December.

Where All Hopes Are Gone
When All Hopes Are Gone
I will be left in the dark
I will be hopelessly looking for hope
I will have no option than to panic
I will feel lonely because I have nothing left with
I won’t be the person I used to be, never

My voice won’t be heard
My heart will be stuck with too much bloods
My eyes will leak tears like the rain that drops from the sky
My days on Earth might be short.
My dreams will be ruined, my life will be frustrated...
Again, It all starts: When All Hope Are Gone...
