Humanizing the Spirituality

Death,
is darkness that covers
  to all
from Earth...
Death is divine messenger
of clarity,
that will illuminate
the new inhabitants
newcomers
from ancient time,
to the fresh world,
 novel era... !

Premium Member Hummers

Hummers

In the laziness of summer
To my garden dart newcomers
Ruby-throated flying hummers
Taste the nectar of midsummer
Ambrosia honey - hues of umber
When crickets chirp, rests in slumbers - upside down!

Hummingbirds often sleep upside down.

Premium Member A Rakish Tale

Once the “go to guy”
I linger, ever hopeful
Of a need to fill.
Long for the
Tickle
Of long grass
Crackle
of fallen leaves
Scent
of the garden.
I am older
my handle
slightly splintered
my tines
bent
several missing.
Mocked
by motored newcomers
I wait
knowing
there are still times
that situations
will call for
The “go to guy”

Newcomers Instead of First Customers

Skips in a line of Customers
To attend to some newcomers;
A long good patience running out,
A long silent voice to soon shout!

"Why aside a guy in need wave"
While he does same attention crave?
CCTV does bear witness,
People's acts judging their fitness...

He could seller call A Bastard
Or for humor Tasteless Custard;
A claim he ate her this morning
But has, since, been sadly mourning.

Premium Member Giant Corn Cob

In Corn Hollow, Ohio, where the tall corn grows
There is a giant corn cob, that everyone local knows.
It was fabricated and created by Mrs. Me Ma Mose.
Back in the day – it has been featured in many shows.

Newcomers to town sometimes try to step on toes.
Saying it should be replaced, but at night it glows.
Neon yellow, as designed by our friend MeMaMose.
We ignore their suggestion, for it kind of blows.

Premium Member senile stork

Senile Stork is out of control again
He brought a full sized eight-year-old to the newcomers
They were irritated to the max

Why don’t they retire that old bird?
It is not easy getting rid of these old-timers
Especially when they are not willing to go

He bit the hand off the last person who tried to boss him
“We can get used to her!” the new daddy said after hearing this.
“She is darling!” said his wife.

Premium Member Emperor of My Zebra Pajamas

I am the Emperor of my Zebra Pajamas.
No one else tries to wear them.
They would definitely rebuke newcomers.
They are mine and mine alone.
Waiting for me daily, doing my bidding

Easing my body into "I am home" mode
I do not often allow them to be washed,
Taking great satisfaction in being the
Emperor of my Zebra Pajamas
Which means most probably other Queens and Kings
Will not bother to send armies to challenge me.

Premium Member When Death Comes

It is a separation from the life we know. It does not mean it's the end. It is a going forward to a new life of no worries, pains or ills. No one comes back to tell us, for it is a surprise for newcomers. We are planted in a new garden and life begins again. So, do not feel sorrow for the one who has gone, for they are the one who will greet you when it is your turn to come. Love and Peace

Premium Member An Enormous Wall Around Her Feelings

She acted tough.
Called herself spider.
Built an enormous wall.
Around her feelings.

She scared newcomers.
They shied away like crazy.
Afraid of her bark.
Not knowing there was no bite.

She used a gruff voice.
Laughed at her whimsy.
Smiled at their fear.
Knowing they were in no danger.

In actuality, she was such a pushover,
This was her only way to say no
When she used to always say “yes”.
Pushovers often have to do this.

Premium Member Old Lady Wilomae

Old Lady Wilomae had the loudest voice in the church.
When she opened her mouth, strangers fell off their perch.
We regulars were used to it, it was no news to us.
But newcomers sometimes lost it, made a giggling fuss.

The pastor had given us many sermons geared about her.
He told us over and over that a Christian soul cannot be beat
Who will sing out loud and long, with love for the lord, pure.
We like watching the newcomers though, fall out of their seat.

The Garden

Such is the end when time began
We live to find each others hand
Such is the place where flowers grow
The flourished meet to reap their sow

Wearing silver, gold, and white
Greet newcomers smiling bright
Believing all that gives one sight
Delivers him to promised lands

In the rear there lies a gate
And we will know what then awaits
When journeys come to certain close
And we are with the ones we chose

Yet time must serve our purpose still
Until all vacancies are filled
