quiet soul mate, bird
cares for nest, old sacrifice
near death - June - God's work
Seems it's a story
Of a girl always near-death
Through every attempt,
The loveliest metaphor,
A lie even I saw through.
Sparrows fluttering
One on top of the other
Uninterrupted
By the passing cars
In the middle of the road
Near death, unaware
Forbidden lipstick;
Detrimental to the soul
Powerful than any sword
A near death foretold;
Changes in lifestyle took place
Thanks to God's amazing grace
Beautiful women are razor blades
They cut my heart into pieces
Yet they know not
how to stitch them together
But leave it bleeding
to near death each time
All wired up for a couple of days
Doc said check him for a blood pressure raise
Said not to worry
On the contrary
Happens to a lot of us in the final phase
Age, catatonically passed between
In its thinking processes
Doubt, and the most ghastly, Fear.
And will no angel edge up, to whisper
Death's so called realm, down-winging:
"Death is but heavenly near?"

I CAN'T EVEN
All positions for annoying people have been filled
Other applicants that apply, will be lightly killed
Humanely as can be
Strapped to a tree
And pelted with rocks till near death, and then become still
Delipadated and Ill Fated
Home I did see was so dilapidated,
To go into inside of it had hesitated;
Dog was near death
Taking a dying breath;
He died an the results were ill fated.
Saw this on a YouTube video.

Like a wilted flower in a field full of daisys
I stand alone, near death but still hanging on
I hang on so others can see my beauty and still be happy
but every flower has to die
and without love, care and attention
some die young
they tell me I died
what do they know? I did not
sense of great beauty
captivated my senses
before returning to earth

Jonah, praying in the great fish,
with putrid slime on red eyelids,
has the sudden faith
of near death -
sings on the beach,
fish-vomit in his beard.
Whale-songs drift,
doubts echo,
luring a pod to sand spits
where waves throw up bones.
Will you suffer at your own hands?
A disfigured figure, a broken body
All 206 bones exposed to my eyes
When you lie in your bed,
Do you visualize your casket?
You need nourishment as you near death
So, fill your body with life
And fill your mind with worth
Form:
Do not mourn the leaf
nor seasons
mourn not starry night
everything sleeps
yet retains glitters of light
as it came to rest
on the forest floor,
speckled and brown
retains mulch appeal
near death, yet a fertile feel
Spring will bless
Winter will rightly regress --
near death experiences
compel us to relook
at our beliefs

True story. To Meg who loves her bling and is now recovering for a near death experience wearing as much bling as possible!
If I died right now who would know
Lingering slowly
Slowly I would fade
Blackness consumes my conscious
Sad everyday
Lonely feels cold
Unreasonably cold and dark
To feel another breath would create a story
If you could be mine
I would build a sandcastle with you
And live forever in it
Moment of death, life force sucked out,
that it’s the end, we have no doubt,
being offered no time to think,
for it’s over, in but a blink.
Having survived this happenchance,
what’s the way we now choose to dance?
Are we as yet not overawed,
that each life breath’s a gift of God?

When I was near death,
Though my mind was unaware,
It was then He had resurrected me.
When I died in another lifetime
Though such memories were soon forgotten,
It was then He gave me a rebirthing.
When I die someday, yet again,
It will be then He reveals all my memories
Which were once many times left behind and forgotten.
I see Her in the busy street
a glimpse, just the hem of Her light.
Once near death
I watched Her arriving our of a darkness.
In the park She bathes me with Her sunshine.
Lakshmi is not Her one name,
she has endless titles.
She named my tears, each one She named,
they glitter now, I see them at night
recreating Her beautiful face.
Stick around
Long enough
And you’ll belong
No song though
No set in stone
Alone so
You’ll find it here
No near death
Breath is all
Along you go
No show up yet
No neat next now
But how
You’ll belong
And long after
You can leave
Believe it or not
You’ll long for it
No fit no neat
Near nor
Just “or”
“You'll belong!”
Xenon cry, reverberator night
It's either wounded near death
Or calling out, the blurred lines
Between hurt and lonesomeness
Why it felt so cold
Like the world face, turning to its fate?
Where the ominous black pulls back its shaw
Showing us where we will all end up
Like the xenon crying out in a reverberating night
I love the way you look into my eyes,
As if you can see into my soul.
I love the way you kiss me as if you,
Can reach right into my heart,
Saving me from near death.
My life is a new given this,
Second chance to be with you.
I love the way you take me,
Into your arms making me feel safe.
But most of all I feel that I am finally home.

Near Death
Number 7
Doctors had given up hope
Prayer saved the day
From Heaven being the way
The Lord himself
Clear and simple
No question about it
Thee himself
Doctors were misinformed
Thinking their own understanding
Life sustained
Fulfilling future that remained
Passing storm
Fruitful life.
