The biggest muscle in your body is your butt.
The strongest is your brain.
Sometimes people get these confused.

Want to divorce
From Air-Force
Found my voice
To be getting hoarse!
But at least I built some muscle
Sure did have to hustle hustle!
dog is at my feet
loving muscle relaxers
turning into a puppy
not bad for her age
nine and a half and counting
I get up to fetch her pill
I pulled a muscle in my leg
Or was it my head
Sometimes I can’t run
Sometimes I can’t rhythm
But run and rhythm
Never
At the same time
The naked man was fine art
His muscles was like lockhart
His brain was a pea
He was tall as a tree
His muscle parts were ordered from Walmart
10 reps of Haiku curls
10 reps of Irish Ballad presses

Pain is like a needle that shoots off throbbing aching redness pain that goes into the
skin that irritates inflammation around it and the muscle is damaged
mysterious mystical myriad-minded Milton
mustered mutable muscle-bound Man’s
mutinous modernistic money-making merriment
mystifying mushy mike’s mangled monkeys
I pulled my teeth out
I dipped them in ink
And convinced myself
that as long as it was just paper
I wasn't ripping through muscle and bone just the same
I have an okay body
Though brain can be naughty!
Need to build some muscle
So hustle, hustle, hustle!
You need both strong for fun
Hope a health plan has begun!
Thighs so bulky,
Calves,
Full of muscle,
Knees bare scars of the past,
Imperfect,
No doubt,
Though nonetheless,
They carry,
The weight of a soul on their wide feet
Sammy Skelton, a sorry bag of bones
Tried to keep up with Johnny 'Crossbone' Jones
He practiced grim groans
Produced awful moans
Yet never did improve his muscle tone
Think
don't flinch
muscle poised
hold firm, steady
then release quickly jump at the ready.

card in the corner

eyes are so mean
blink blots
only open when broken
our bodes meet
and in the press
i feel every curve
every muscle
intertwines
my lips
meet her neck
she is redefined
i look up
yea she likes me
puase
is it really that easy

The relentless pain instantly consumed me,
Throwing my body into check
I yearned only for permission to be free
I instantaneously became a wreck,
The Friday that I injured my neck.
My heart is easily hoping
For another love that's pure
My love muscle beating
As so my spirit soul love sure

What's in the heart
As it starts
To impart's the earnest
Dearest, rarest self
A warm beating muscle
Beatings being of within one chest

I have accomplished nothing.
Yet.
I keep on dreaming.
Though some of the dreams
slowly get stuck in the deeps
of my wrinkled face.
That keeps on smiling,
to avoid the talk.
They roar up the street in a thunderous way
Where are they heading? The great big highway?
The engine whines as they push the metal down.
We hear teenagers’ cars straining all over town.
To lose weight
Fat I hate!
Kind of slows you
Down there mate!
Get muscle; get trim
Run and jump (maybe swim?)
There's a reason for good health
Worth more than abundance of wealth!
