Icy meander
Sparkling rocks bathe under flow
Depths of blue unfold
For Raul Moreno's competition "Icy Cascades"
Sat out on our veranda,
Watching clouds meander,
Drifting high up in the sky,
In the heat , disperse and die.

hearts twinkle with love
pale moonlight kisses the trees
shadows meander
embracing their silhouettes
sweet whispers drift on the breeze
The stars,
They listen to the melancholy,
The shining of the wise does not meander to the folly of the ignorant!

gardens blossom colorful springtime warming

Life is shining
from the nib of pen
as meander graph of ink.

Images blur my mind
A lavaform of thoughts flow,
As rivers carved through fields,
That meander to the sea-
Ebb,then flow,as flotsam lie,
Filtered on my page.
Streams may meander to the sea
The way your love trickles to me.
Not the way I like it to be -
I need waterfalls, you see.

Days meander,
Gush of time pours its song
As the lyre of flowing rills,
A new Spring sounds forth
In dreams of remembrance
With warmth of teeming will

Between A Crevice
By Valerie D. Staton
Between a crevice
I spy a city that thrives;
Trucks meander North
Pedestrians move, along
sidewalks the color of sand
Spring blooms dance where warm breezes sigh
As butterflies roam where lilacs lie
Clouds meander in the vast blue sky
As a bird's sweet melody echoes by
4/16/17
all butterflies can dance, endless frolic
gliding high into jasmine. kites lofty
meander neath oval ponds
quiet refrains softly traverse
under velvet wings 'xploring,
yearning
Trump Became New Commander
Trump has become our new commander,
And at women does love taking a gander;
We did look;
Saw a crook;
Would meander into a mountain of slander.

Pretty girls turn my crank and oil my squeaks
Age has no bearing, I'm ready so to speak
Still ready to meander
My fingers will scamper
All over her landscape listening to her shriek
My thoughts often meander
from poetry to love to sex to God
seamlessly without punctuation
Unique theories lovers hold as their own
generate discourse about aches
of being with a love
and being alone
Sanctuary of literary sound
where minds meander to get lost and found -
when lost, discover thresholds, not yet crossed,
or find the path you thought you may have lost.

blur my mind
a lavaform
of thoughts
flow
as rivers
carved through fields
meander
to the sea-
ebb,
then flow
as flotsam
lie
filtered
on my page
Was my last poem too naughty, over the line
Are the Soup Cops gonna give me a real big fine :)
How far can we meander
Is it restricted, such candor
On a one to ten scale, mine's a minus nine
when my pen is all I have to keep me warm at night
sometimes the words refuse to come
across the page the ink in lines wander and meander
as if to draw a path and circle back to you

Was it I wonder
For cracks on heels he was mocked
Or to meander.
No, to have for values walked
That he was heavily docked.

I leave footprints in the wet sand.
They meander with no rhyme or reason
headed towards a pastel sunset
where pinks and mauves touch
the deepening hue of the beach.
The colours ... just beyond my reach
Pretty girls still turn my crank and oil my squeaks
Age has no bearing, I'm ready for action so to speak
Still ready to meander
My fingers will scamper
All over her landscape listening to her shriek
Autumn’s brisk colorful days,
Emanating fiery golden hues,
Intense joyful kaleidoscope leaves
Meander noisily over people
Quietly running, surrounding them
Unpredictable vibrant whirling
Xeme yonder zigzagging
