The world as we know it will end!
This warning the Mayans did send
But yes there's still time
After reading this rhyme
To honor Black Friday and spend

Stargazing By Water Surface

Stars reflecting upon the clearest surface of water.
I think that is how the Mayans taught each astrologer.
Guess that's how everyone in the empire was: looking up, out there.

The Mayans Lied Sung To Joy To the World

Joy to the world we're not dead
The earth did not explode
The Mayans did lie, because we're still alive
Let's rejoice our life, let's rejoice our life
Let's, let's rejoice our life

Apocalypse Day

Issues uproar
Mayans had spoken
Will apocalypse perch?

People climb hills
Avoiding the death
Will their faith save their live?

Believe or not
People questioning
Where the decision be?

Mystery sealed
Science had been cuffed
Will the humans reveal?

frightening barn owl masks

I have seen masks that give me a fright
But the barn owl masks are truly not right
They turn the warriors into crying babies.
Running away as if we all have rabies.

The barn owl masks are spooky for sure.
They have scared the Trojans and Aztecs pure.
We think this is why the Mayans ran away.
Have you seen them? Asked my frightened Cousin May.

December 21st 2012

Are we dead yet It’s December 21st 2012 The end of the world Should have happened But alas… I believe we are still alive We have nothing to worry For it was a joke A funny report From the Mayans So many fell for it And think it might still happen Someday it will But just not today For we are still here And the world still goes on

2012

Two
Zero
One
Two

Arrange the first
Three whole numbers
And point your fingers
To the highest

And to the bottom
Then up and up
To the top
A cycle is formed

Mayans told
The whole world
would end
on December 21, 2012

No. No. No.
Just like
Two, zero, one, two
And the wheel of a bike

No end will happen
So don't be frightened
There'll just be a cycle
Of another coming year

False Prophets

Chaos was surely coming
The preachers of doom declared
The year 2000 came and went
But the Mayans say 12 more years to share,
Dec. 21/12 is behind us now
We are all still here
The aliens were supposed to snatch us up,
And throw our world in fear
But jesus said NO ONE knows the day or hour
Except the good lord up above,
So lets not give in to the fear-mongers
And walk in grace and love.

Empathy In Darkness

We thought we have two lives,
Al least one real, today none is real.
Apocalypses in the Bible, it was a human episode.
But now a different disaster.
In my mind, only digits I can see,
No birds, no roses, no trees, no fathers, no mothers.
Towns that are not towns.
Urgently, I need to skype Mayans and
Neruda: Is so happens, I am sick to be a man.
The center is an absence, of a point, of infinity.
We need presence.

When Will all the Computers Die?

Remember when the dinosaurs died?
When the Mayans disappeared?
Ice age, Stone age, Earth age.
When will all the computers die?
Will we call it the end of the techno age?
Will it be the beginning of the worm infestation age?

Will people have to speak to each other again?
Look into eyes?
Study faces?

Will we have to pretend we know each other?
I sometimes wish it had already happened
I want the computers to die.

I wait for it.
I pray for it.
What did you say Grandma?
