“Why did you stop shaving, Jesse?”
It is my attempt to project a façade
of masculinity in the face of rejection
by the opposite sex
Masculinity
is the manifestation
of one's body,
handsomeness
is complemented
with physical beauty;
these two are every
man's desire.
Your femininity/masculinity attracts me;?
Your steady strength supports me;
?Your tenderness sustains me;?
You’re the perfect love for me.
Gentle woman of masculinity,
Her passion for the above never matched,
A war time hero leading down the path,
Fighting for the righting of all mans’ ways,
A heroine she was that Joan of Arc.
Masculinity is appreciable when they can express their love through words as well as
actions
They deserve love when they respect women's feeling
Expressive masculine are the real seduction for female
Let's do some skipping... one two three a-lary
Used to jump rope like a little wee fairy
Not realizing in those days
Masculinity guys should crave
Now femininity no longer causes stare-ies
Masculinity
Perpetuate gender roles
Leave no man behind
We "don't ask, don't tell"
Our mentals left unspoken
Outcast behaviour
Ask for help, weakness
Boys don't...men don't cry - weakness
Suicide, weakness
My need for creative expression.
Putting up with other people's logic.
Sonder.
Masculinity.
Trance.
Complex, irrational, high-frequency.
I'd die for you, cologne.
Falsehood.
Based on a logical fantasy.
Amazing.
On a hot summer day, glad you came my way
You're cold, bold, and self controlled
Sitting in front of the roaring fan
Your masculinity dripping down my hand
No more threat of drenching with sweat
This is nice, I'm thankful for ice
Loving lips soft and wet
I want to feel your tenderness
And your kiss is my red wine
Give me a sip if only in mind
You must exist for I am here
And I keep dreaming of you dear
Fantasy of brown masculinity
Invading my dreams like a Viking
Baby you are all I need
Radiant in masculinity
Every inch of you is perfect
Are you mine to claim?
Thoughts of you, thoughts of us
How did I get so lucky?
Life is like a box of chocolates
Everyone so divine
Soft and sensual
Sabastian you are so fine!
Hillbilly VP JD Vance
Surely hails from bad circumstance
Though spruced up by Yale
He acts much too male
To hide the wee lance in his pants
Note: Many other misogynists share this issue (DT, EM, 19 year-old college drop out Rye Country Day School wimp "Big Balls", etc).
A restive moon
went on skirmishing with-
the palm leaves in dark.

There was no
move to prevent the private
fleet of homegrown myths.

Scores of fallen
shoots you will find on the street
after the violence.
Satish Verma
Today in the public bus I glimpsed at her
Straight into her eyes that bewildered too
I realized my lost soul in those white bulb
Black spotted iris, masculinity portraits I
Perceived and the thought to protect her...
From the surroundings and passenger next
To us, And on the imagination sent me off.
The Y chromosome in men
is being edited down
kowtowed
to fit a template.
The Y once forked
like a tree,
now flickers—
to "why"? — not be this,
or "why"? — not be that,
as the gene scripts
are overwritten by the
X chromosome’s map.
The mere male masculinity
has indeed become
just that—mere!
Mum!
Wisdom resides in the meaning
Of my name, for most females are naturally wise.
More compassion have I than masculinity provides.
A warmth shines forth from my blue-grey eyes.
Not domineering like those in the macho throng.
Lover of lavender, lace and romance am I -
Yet, like a man, I can be strong!

for the What's In a Name Poetry Contest of Juliet Ligon
Awoke into a false savage world
claiming to fight but in truth weak;
A frightening definition of masculinity;
Missing piece we seek? Masculinity;
Warrior’s bite gone from the world
leaving the rest scared and weak;
With a village behind him never weak
thus the heart that lies in masculinity;
Naked for no reason non alpha world;
Dangerous world of weak masculinity.
Shot in cold blood
Left to die
All for righteous feminism.
I’m the beast
Keep me at bay
Destroy my masculinity.
Soon I’ll be empty
A female clone
With male parts.
You’ll be sorry
If you aren’t already
Waiting for your Heroes.
I’ve been bled out
A husk
A blithering idiot.
You have your rights
Expensive price
You lost us.
Happy now?
[A necessary thought.]
Hey men walk in your masculinity
That salt and pepper beard is enchanting
So is your head bald or not
It’s what’s inside it that makes you hot
And the way you yell at the tv
Funny loud and also endearing
How you taste when sleep or awake
For my kisses on your face
Just in case you haven’t heard
You are the feather for this bird
I lift you up for all you do
For a good man lives that’s you
She is so very she...
super powered world...
fitted with her masculinity
hot wired...understands the
dream...
if you are in her corner
she'll ensure you will
survive...
...star striker...yet she
pauses for the moon...
she knows the world in
herself...
With her strength she
will strive...Venus
on her side...
this yang male will shelter
stealth mode...allow Venus
to decide...
All bareness forgiven
the razors gone dry
The excuses all shaven
no more asking why
A soul once abundant
my face starts to fill
No sentence redundant
no lines to go shrill
New destiny chosen
man’s burden unsung
The look becomes learned
masculinity sum
All chains have unshackled
a face that goes deep
A beard now awakens
—ancient voices that sleep
(Villanova Pennsylvania: October, 2015)
A weeping willow gently sways amidst
A baby robin taking its very first breath.
They were young, in love
And knew no other
This was their moment, to be cherished forever.
Her body so beautiful, so delicate to touch
His masculinity soared over the sky above.
Entwined as ivy, united as one
They soaked in the passion of the blazing hot sun.
A girl's silhouette shyly covers her hand
As a starried eye boy becomes a man.
Eat my flesh
As you take my voice
Smother me with commands
And take away my rights
You hate my kind,
hate my given anatomy
Yet you still want more of a “mutton dressed as lamb”
Even though i “defy” your masculinity and “steal” away your careers
You still want more.
I ask you this while still being under your eye.
Am I still a man's daughter?
Or am I just your easy game?
Doesn't really matter in the end.
I am just a woman.
Masculinity is the soap box each man stands upon to praise themselves
Also it is the need to break backs with every hug to remind yourself how tall you stand
Masculinity is the crushing of bones when you shake hands with another man who may be standing as tall as you
This is the burden we as men are plagued with from birth
We use all of our strength to hold onto those ideas and at the same time we let go of everything that defines us
“And when eight days had passed, before His circumcision, His name was then called Jesus, the name given by the angel before He was conceived in the womb.” Luke 2:21
God, the Father and Son are male,
known in His Word of that gender.
Take it on faith, He will prevail:
God, the Father and Son are male;
Jesus was circumcised. We hail
and reverence Him in “splendor."
God, the Father and Son are male,
known in His Word of that gender.
