Pointless
It becomes pointless to cry in hell
yet you marvelled and smiled in sin!...

A Seedling
This held, two fingered, weeness;
This infant plant, raised, with all
Its roots, soiled, dangling.
Sudden fright! A quiver-chill.
Lovely, precious, vulnerable -
The green Earth; marvelled in!...

King Arthur
A hot wind blew that day
as I gazed down from the
hills of Tintagel
to the emerald sea and white foam below
that crashed against ancient rocks
and marvelled at ruins
that once was Camelot......

Annabelle's husband called himself King Kong
She marvelled at his thick 'carrot,' so strong
   It measured twelve inch
   And caused her to flinch
He sighed: 'Thought you liked your veg'tables long'...

A Red-Haired Guinevere
Misted, as some enchantress
A mythic age haunts
This Autumn's country; this day's.
Morn, noon. And beyond.
All the dazed while, what desires
Marvelled at, to be
Do get that sense of. And how!
Speak; I wont respond!...

Premium Member Bleeding Beating Heart All That's Left--
Deep into that darkness pumping;
Much I marvelled the splendid chest;
On that day my soul grew bosom
My bleeding, beating heart all I have left;

With so much light
We were drenched in darkness
Reaching out to grab
The bits and brittle
Of wasted zeal
and fallen quests
We cringe in awe
Slashed and diced
into a hollow being
We marvelled
and we winked
As the cloud
ravage the only light
With a blacken darkness...

When we were young on bonfire night,
Watching fireworks light the sky
And marvelled at that coloured light,
When we were young on bonfire night.
Enthralled by that explosive sight
As sky rockets burst on high,
When we were young on bonfire night,
Watching fireworks light the sky.

She stood captivating
So rustle and dusty
A sign of century of neglect
Here lies great treasure
The array of scroll marvelled me

I hurriedly departed my thirst so intent
The waterloo not as tormenting
Sea of tears danced down my face
I behold much treasure in crude

Time have been invested
Even breath have been laid
I can’t resist her pains
Why is she horribly kept?...

Hmm l smell it /
Hmm l smell it
Over here
Now over there
Even as we wiggle
Then try to mingle
Along Goughzou lane
Moving all up
To Vicky’s place
Chatting up Yan
Even as she spins her wheels
 threading us up
all slim and trendy
Hmm l smell it
Even as l shudder
With each breath
Slowing down my haste
From pace to pace
I took a bend
Only to be dazzled
As we marvelled
at the black to black concept...

Mother Nature's Lullaby
Fall came to my door today
In colors of red and gold.

The sky was clear
The air was crisp.

As I walked along a leave strewn path
I watched the squirrels play, listened to
The birds serenade and marvelled at
The beauty before me.

Some find Fall depressing
They say it speaks of death and ending.

But to me, It's just Mother Nature
Singing her children a lullaby
Before she sends them off to bed.

Mother Nature
The day was bright and sunny
The temperature was high
With skylarks singing sweetly
As they hovered in the sky

The babbling brook was babbling
To the sighing of the trees
The butterflies were coasting
Way up high upon the breeze

I gazed at all the wonders
Mother nature had in store
And I marvelled at her beauty
As I stood outside my door

That life affirming moment
Sent a shiver down my spine
So I went to watch the tele
With another glass of wine...
