My Baby
She's got ten little fingers and ten little toes
Two little eyes and one little nose

And two little ears to hear it again!...

The Little Kitten
The little kitten purrs as it snuggles up to his mama
stretches his little feet working his little paw paw.
Eyes just opening to see mama cats face,
She brings her little kitten to her furry embrace....

Premium Member Sing a Little Song, Hum a Little Tune
Sing a little song to help your day along
Hum a little tune by the light of the moon

   Music lightens heavy burdens
      Eases stress, relieves pain

~ Carries you gently o'er life's sweet refrain...

Little Pink Pill
Little pink pill, little pink pill
How I love you so
Wherever I go, if my mind wanders too far
You're there for me, waiting patiently
Little pink pill, oh, little pink pill
Take my anxiousness and fear away......

Fitting like imperfect symmetry
laser cut with broken edges
afterglow like a shattered hourglass
wind blown tresses
let it go, sitting on a level
every little flaw just a little less
supernova star-shine, negative space
step off, fired up, flawless...

The Mouse Family
Little mice are out of sight, they scratch
and nibble your house is riddled.

The mouse he knows the best places to go,
can fit through and hide in the most tiniest
of holes.

The mouse family numbers are soon to reach
a hundred. Little feet and teeth, little mouse
babies extremely hungry....

Something WONDERFUL there is
Being a big fish in a big stream

Being a little fish in a big stream?

How about
Being a big fish in a little stream?

Little Bee
Little bee pollinating flowers

It has no idea how vital it is

Little bee goes about its business

Spreading seed igniting life

Cross pollinating like nature had designed

Just how valuable you are in life

Little bee the perfect little nature thing

Floating around flowers savouring and feasting on the pollen it is seeking

Little bee you are amazing to me....

The Right Wrong
Her tiny little face,
So innocent and gentle,
So close to being free,
To being alive.
Perfect little fingers and perfect little toes,
My whole life through a moment in her eyes.
Too beautiful for me,
Too precious to let be,
A glimpse of what could be for me to know,
Now I know I can’t stay here,
Suddenly it’s all so clear,
She needs me,
I have no choice,
I have to go....

Lay of Smoke
As if we were rabbits
All that's needed for our happiness
Is the end of the world

I woke this morning to a sound of strange digging
A little grave for a little dog
Maxie
She belonged to my neighbor

A man with only one arm and a garden
Too big for this world

As if we were rabbits
All that's needed for any heaven
Covered with pine needles at the bottom
Into which goes the world...

Time Away
I'm lost in what seems reality
a strong sense of vitality
youth and ignorance lost
hard lines stand where once was soft
I'm chasing time
it seems a crime
nothing to even find
yet still i lag behind
the air i breathe is tight
little to see with little light
sending small children in to fright
as thet fly off into the night
still stood staring at the seconds before
the past is forgotten, forever more...

Smile
When you realize that we're all a little yin and a little yang

When you stop trying to fix yourself and simply let it be

You realize why you fight yourself and call it revolution

You realize why you run and hide, and call it a solution

You realize there are two sides to every coin

You love the dead silence of the night like the chaos of the day

The angels and the demons hidden in your smile today...

Insane
no reason no rhyme
nothing but coffee and time
sit in a frozen moment
cruel words i begin to resent
was that a rhyme or am i crazy?
a little nuts, and a little spacey
no rhyme to be found
my mind is coming unwound
.....frayed taters of a broken mind, start to tangle, while they unwind, seep and drip...to the ground....below swirl and whirl, twirling....as they go....unfocused
and a little
lost
my sanity
was the
cost...

Two Little Poems For New Little Life
A bundle of joy is heading your way
Keeping you busy night and day
A little one to hold and love
An angel sent from up above

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Rock a bye baby in mommies arms
If you are scared I'll keep you from harm
If you are cold, I'll keep you warm
In mommies arms all night long

Our Gifted
Little Girls and little Boys
With locks and curls and shoelace twirls
Songs of play, with giggles aloud
The little Girls curtsey, the little Boys bow

Rosy cheeks that dance all day
Nighttime prayers,, three words to say
Tears of joy, or just to share
Touching one and all that care

Blessed with beauty from above
In a face that's filled with Love
Always eager to give, smile
This special gift, the gift of Child

Aren'T You Happy Now
I have no life
Wish I had a knife

You filthy bastard you
Don't be a coward, there's something new

You ugly little whore
Just an eye sore

You poor little baby, you poor little thing
You deserve pain, you deserve the sweet sting

Do us a favor and kill yourself now
Do us a solid, make yourself proud

You've cut to deep
Now there's no going back

I'm going to sleep
And I'm not coming back

Now everyone's happy. Aren't they?...

Your Little Face - Poem For Little Onea
Your little face;
Like a flower in the morning;
You might recognise me from afar;
When I see you,
as hiding your head in the lap of the mother;
That time I miss my mother;
Your Half hidden small cute face;
Looks like a bear toy;
When I show you my hands
You do intriguing!
When you take your little hand in mouth;
I scold you;
But still give you smile!
When I teach you to speak;
You tend to be quiet;
But I love your lisping voice!

Premium Member Gnarled
Listen to poem:
Age gnarls, weather beats skin to flaky dryness.
Wrinkles and lines, furrows, knots and blotches
Twist and contort the skin of babies and youths
to a knurled, rough, compliant easy to grip surface.
The rough and worn acrimony of old age,
Despite the crabby, cantankerous snarls and grumbles,
Can be gripped, manipulated and convinced to comply and yield.
For now there is little else to lose, little else to try anew.
It is the gnarls of age that knurls the grip to yield....

The Sad Music of the Hills
The haunting , silent, sad music of the hills
Purple heather on the roadside
As the car winds its way up the steep
To my little cottage in the little village
My home for a while
Where the solitude cleansed me
Made me humble and still
Where the angels and my books
Were my only friends and companions
I surrendered
And went to sleep
With the faith in my heart
that the Light which has always
protected me, will grace me again
Like a blanket wrapping a new born child....

Oh! This Is My Version of "the Cat and the Fiddle"
Hey diddle diddle
Hey! wheres the fiddle?
have seen the cat any where?
Hey! He's over there
puking up his hair.......
And the cow? where is she?
Oh! she's stuck on the moon you see.....
The little dog isn't so little anymore
he's fat as can be
hes only 2foot 4
he looks like he weighs 133
Oh! and the dish......
THe dish and the spoon really ran away
And now where they ran to is where they stay
I think that they got their wish.....

lol don't u love nursery rhymes!...
