On Goodbyes
Goodbye is just a word
Brought forth from the lips;
And though you may depart,
The memories we keep.
Lastingly immortalized,
Your presence in the mind,
And Love forever stays
Embedded in our lives....

Genuine Damsel
I was lurking around but she finally found me,
We're watching the clouds and lying under a tree.
Saying words to be outspoken,
Worrying nothing even the glass is broken.
And I will lastingly love her because she's with me....

Moon
Oh moon!
in night you stroll
amidst stars,
a silhouette a day,
why?
Oh moon!
to eulogize, an exemplar!
in night, a guide!
albeit this honour,
a form a day!
why?
night, if you’ve gone astray,
no joy for us,
oh moon!
form, beside the point,
come unfailingly,
to entertain us!
come lastingly....

Emptiness
Zero encloses life,
void is full if bits from nothingness break away,
striding strife.
You can’t empty
life’s emptiness, lastingly stays
full free.
God’s stilled
grace keeps soul’s bay
filled.
Zero encloses life,
life’s emptiness, lastingly stays
filled.

Travesty Disbarred--
Disbarred from the encompassing
Travesty...
Color TVs and refrigerator
Combined together makes ice pictures
Filled with yellow ketchup mustard
Contemplating something
Distorted glass melting diamond rings
Frozen displaced clutter
Washing machine wringer
Dolphins laughing there're such singers
Lastingly...
Encompassing from disbanded
Travesty disbarred

Let Us Grow Apart
In repose, my dreams flowing by.
I wake in alarm. For you are gone
Not gone from this woeful world, only mine.
And not by your choice; my own.
Our trust lastingly torn
I can’t accept your friendship, but
I want to learn from my mistakes.
For all I know, my greatest err
was letting show the heart you’d take.
Though I’ve closed the door
I hope my feelings soften
‘fore resentment wins,
‘fore the burnt bridge collapses.
‘Til then, let us grow apart.
