Free Love’s Preterition

We will never speak of it again.
It was long ago - a longing -
lost amid the tie-dyed past,
buried in the endless babbling
of a future.

We will never look again.
Yellowed Kodak lies
staring back,
looking
into that future.

We will never listen
to the emptiness of
unspoken dreams
again.

I dream in colour all the time
You know black and white is not fine
The colour tones are not technicolor 
A bit washed out like old kodak chrome colour

And sometimes I don't remember much 
Sometimes it's mumbo jumbo and such
The people in them are not always alive
But when it pans out that doesn't matter in the jive.

Reveries young coat the sky
Mixing life with energized core

Filling cups of grails many by one
With these journeys since my birth
In rainstorms and summers rerun

Simple melodies fill the air,
	a tender hand threads though his hair.

Rocking motion, sleepy eyes,
	restless spirit, little cries.

Fighting sleep afraid to miss,
	one second of life and it’s bliss.

Calming peace begins to fall,
	as the crying begins to stall.

Mother now extremely tired,
	from a son that has been wired.

Sleep now consuming her,
	afraid to move or even stir.

Mother and child fast asleep,
	a kodak moment to keep....

She hid within a hole inside herself that had a hole in it so when I took the picture an outline was left but never her whole image she said it's hard for her to focus and that that may be the reason why I can't capture something that's so distant a collage of close up shots taken by Kodak lenses to expose the value of the film by stepping back to get a better view of what the naked eyes missing her radiating with the sunlight making the photograph look so artistic....
