Dear
single guys,
open a pet shop
that just sells kittens,
and let the single
ladies come
to you
Steal kittens
Start fires
Hate everyone
Murder junebugs
Throw a pop can

Two kittens fell into a tin of glue
It was an enormous tin
The kittens emerged as Siamese twins
A funny thing happened one day
A hurricane came by our way
Our kittens said snee
We ran out to pee

Catatonic kittens
All squirelly in mind
Run like the chipmunk
And stumble like a pup
Brose through my musings
A bird on my mind
A KITTEN runs
to freinds to play
a humble home
a humble day
plenty of sun and light too play
three little kittens play all day

For Leonora Galinta's contest, "Write Me A Poem...Picture Prompt ( cat and her kittens)
Kittens, papers, purple pens… here’s where I stand, in a sentence, punctuated by time, being had by language.

kittens and mittens,
claws and paws,
look at that messy yarn all over the barn,
all over the barn,
look at the kittens fur so high,
why the puppies chase them!

An old lady in Cincinnati
Is mean, vindictive and chatty
She has fifty-three kittens
She calls them all Mittens
It’s no wonder she’s frazzled and catty

When I'm with my darling pet cats/Kittens
I feel a deep, sweet , pervasive calm/calmness and Love
Which is most overwhelming and dear or precious to me.
Very Priceless.
How much better
The portrait of your home is,
when painted with puppies and kittens,
Who, when you die,
run up to greet you, lapping and loving you,
At heaven's gate.

There once was a cat named Mr. Morgan
Who sipped his share of Kentucky bourbon
Sired ninety-five kittens
Said he's not forbidden
From abusing his sexual organ
The tree swayed,
While the kittens played,
The calves bumped,
As the rabbits jumped,
The grass will grow,
When the wind blows,
One day who knows,
I won't have to mow!

WHAT IT’S ABOUT – double Haiku
our four cute kittens
a tiger, two blacks, a gray
must be bigamy
well, four mixed kittens?
their daddy is a stray, or
daddies should I say
My beloved Cats and Kittens
My Loving cats and kittens
Show me the higest form of love-Unconditional Love
Love without bounds or boundaries.
Unquestioning and unwavering Love.
Kittens, kittens
How I love them so
Playful, fun
Sleepy, love to run
Bite and claw
Blood sometimes drawn
Cuddling, purring
Never boring
Kittens, kittens.

babies and children
puppies, kittens, all small life
make me smile with love
ugly words, lewdness
crudeness, rudeness, hatred and
meaness make me frown
For Michael's contest
Kittens spinning ‘round-and-‘round on a record player’s turn table;
Fuzzy balls of velvet hair, enjoying the ride.
Oh the elation of a, feline merry-go-round!
Why do older folks wake up with the chickens
Our brain says “get the hell up, this is not fiction!”
Why is this so
Late for a show?
Even heard it affects older age kittens
two orphaned kittens
rescued, taken to shelter
tiny babies thrive --
adorable calicoes
welcome home my fur babies
