Premium Member He Who Our Soul Feeds

God is not someone we only call in hour of need but The One who would, constantly, our soul feed!

If one ever wishes

To

Find out who truly loves him,

He

Has but to look for the owner of the hand

That

Will hold his in the hour of need!

Refrain of Pain

I
In your hour of need, you hurt when those whom you have helped, now go deathly still

II
Remember the psalms: "God is my portion;" and if God is not, you are on death row getting news, you just inherited 3 million dollars.

Premium Member Tribute To Rainbow Owl

navaho rainbow owl
appear to me in my dreams
show me my intended paths

bring the people I need into my life
you are my totem, my rock, my strength
you bring me my power and my wealth

I am intrigued by you
also grateful to the sky father
for sending you tonight in my hour of need

Again

The burden I bear,
like many before,
again greets me,
on a familiar shore.
Grief has taken,
the seat next to me,
waiting so patient,
my hour of need.
Sickness is looming,
with shadows it brings,
upon my life,
with piercing stings.
I will be strong,
my Faith stands firm,
as my family gathers,
where sadness burns.

Faith All the Way

Faith will take you farther
than you ever been before,
just believe in miracles
in your hour of need.

Faith will be with
you in sickness
and death, just
believe, don't despair,
faith will guide
and lead you
all the way.

Put your trust in Jesus
have faith in Him,
your faith and believing
is the answer for
a home in heaven
for evermore.

Sea Stead

Along the street, there was a horse;
I stopped and stared, but then of course
I had to trace it to its source.
I saw a horse, I saw a horse.

It was a thing from Neptune's deep,
awakened from its wat'ry sleep,
just standing there, without a peep.
I had to sleep, I had to sleep.

In night time dreams, I mount my steed
and then ride out to do good deed
for some poor soul in hour of need.
I do indeed, I do indeed.

When one of inspiration is shorn
And every poetic thought stillborn
When every glimmer of light disappears
And every proud conceit ends in tears

Should I to my unheeding Muses turn
And offer holocausts for them to spurn?
Would Melpomene listen,Thalia heed
And grant help in my hour of need?

Why do they cast me so cruelly aside
In my own grim Hades to abide?
Prayers do I offer for this barren time
Wherein the empty page is branded crime.

Why

Why would He leave Heaven
To die for one like me
And why would He forgive us
And give us victory

Why would we forsake Him
In His Final Hour of Need
Why did we stand silent
And watch our Saviour bleed

Why would He show mercy
To a world that's lost in sin
Why was He the Sacrifice
From the moment that time begin

Why can't we accept Him
With all the love He'd bring
And why can we just walk away
From our Saviour, Lord and King

Premium Member I Don'T Need You Anymore

You were always close by when I needed you so I’m really sorry but I have to let you go You were always there to comfort me But I don’t need you in my life anymore I held you so gently in my hands You were always there to wipe away my tears Sorry I’ve got to drop you so suddenly You were always there for me in my hour of need Guess I’m going to have to put my tissue in the bin Jan Allison 21st November 2014

With age comes wisdom
or so they say
We have a few old farts here
who seem, to have lost their way
They lack the intelligence
to be self-aware
They sit and wonder why they are alone
and exactly how they got there
Even though you are lost
We will continue to pray for you
I know that there is good in your heart
no matter what hate you spew
I pray you find wisdom
in your hour of need
Repent and move on
maybe start with a good deed

Daddy I Need You Now

Daddy, I need you now-
Please take me by the hand
Stand by me in my hour of need
Take time to understand

Take my hand daddy,
And lead me from this place
Chase away my doubts and fears
Wipe the tears from off my face

Daddy, I can not stand alone
I need your hand to hold
THE WARMTH OF YOUR GENTLE TOUCH
In my world that's gone so cold

Please be a daddy to me
And hold me day by day
Because with your hand in mine,
I know we'll find a way

Heed

I hate this place where no one knows me
those I know think me low
my state of mind far from cozy
no one here to say hello

I put my hand out for no return
people hurt me oh how I learn
now I never show concern
never care when it’s your turn

In their need I came through
in my need they did not
next time they’ll expect me too
I’ve given all I’ve got

In your hour of need
nobody comes through
the lesson you must heed
you only ever have you

I Need You Now

My friend I need you now.
Please take me by the hand.
Stand by me in my hour of need.
Take time to understand me.

Take my hand dear friend.
Lead me from this place.
Chase away my doubts and fears.
Wipe the tears from off of my face.

Friend I can't stand alone.
I need your hand to hold.
The warmth of your gentle touch calms me.
In a world that's grown so cold.

Please be a friend to me.
Hold me day to day.
Your loving hand in mine.
I know we'll find the way.

Everybody Needs Love

Searching for a shared life
I cant forget you know, I can't say goodbye
Not wanting you to stay away
Wanting someone to tell you yo stay
Contemplating your inner thoughts and feelings
Wanting someone to ease the pain
Everybody needs love
Drifting through stages of infatuation
The rapture of love and lost
What is the next step
In an hour of need
Life is constantly changing
In time the darkness fades slowly
It can not sustain
Someone watching over you
Everybody needs love
