BOBBY'S HOBBY
I have a grandson named Bobby
Who started an expensive hobby
I shopped all the time
And spent my last dime
Now I feel like I own Hobby Lobby
STRANGE HOBBY

Knitting's my hobby, I never stop
Blankets, sweaters, gloves, hats and socks
All colours of a rainbow
Chunky or double knit
Whatever it is
I will not stop
Till the day
That I
Drop
* * *
I leap from hobby to hobby
because I can
It used to be great
now it seems more same oh, same oh
I hate to say this
but I might break down and clean something
giving myself a break
from my break
Nine photos from forgotten shoebox
Eight photographs, corners mitered
Seven pressed blooms, scent long fled
Six shades of washi tape
Five faded tickets
Four Polaroids
Three smudged dates
Two hands
Snip
emotions made manifest arrayed
displayed & art essayed
with poignant passion slashed
on my canvas* unabashed.
driven by this creative itch
each day to PS to post
a word tapestry to stitch
&there a contest to host
I love things in nature that flock and herd
yet as a birdwatcher my lens gets blurred.
I see double at the beach
with my telescopic reach
spyin’ the tanned large breasted booby bird!

Luscious is an excellent word to describe female bodies
Such curves such indentations, they're my favorite hobby
Gonna start a collection
Keep em in a special section
Behind my baseball cards in my closet beside my potty
I've loved them all
each and every one
the long and slinky ones
the short and racy ones
the bold and colourful
the dark and moody ones
the funny and even silly ones
I've loved them all without regret

Flowing swathes swarm and wind
Bloom blush brilliant through my mind;
As expressions in outward flow
Stir sensations hid below;
Emotions made manifest arrayed,
displayed and essayed;
With poignant passion slashed
On my canvas unabashed.
Hobby
Heist your time to take a hobby
Have a relaxing time with your hobby
Had not you pick one
Hurry time is running out to choose the one
Has been your hobby entertaining or not
Hiking or painting what is it
Hire a coach if you have a hobby
My favorite hobby is eating, bet you thought sex would be first
Well it used to be a while ago, but my bod became really cursed
A certain wee thing broke down
It was announced all over town
Into a deep depression, Happy Jack has been immersed
What's your hobby?
What's your hobby?
My hobby is painting.
My hobby is painting.
It helps to decorate,
It's interesting.
What's your hobby?
What's your hobby?
My hobby is reading.
My hobby is reading.
It improves reading skills,
It is interesting.
What's your hobby?
What's your hobby?

My pastime consists of playing cards
I'm on deck with Hearts, Spades and Gin
But my ship sails with poker
For fifty years, I played
From school days to now
I've had a hand
A steel face
A seat
Saved
Your hobby is to kill my joy,
Each of the bullet you fire hurts.
But whatever your ploy.
I'll always clear your dirts.
I'm made strong to last.
Try even more hard,
My mind is fast.
Ever on guard.
We all stared at the pretty Christmas hobby horse
Wondering who would get it, guessing in vain
There were eighteen of us grandchildren
Most of us knew we were way too old for it
Still, it enticed us with its decorated beauty
Highlighted by grandma’s gorgeous bubble lights
I think we were all relieved it was staying at Grandma’s.
I like to draw,
in black pencil and then with hues;
my style is creative but is quite raw,
I let muse bring the blues.
This is but a hobby and I love it so much,
creating an image that I made and can touch;
not to be perfect insomuch,
but just a piece of my heart that says aah !
When I start to write,
I scribble what's on my mind.
Sometimes I have no idea what my pen puts on paper,
But in the end it all comes together.
I can be paying attention in class,
But when a rhyme pops in my head, school work comes last.
Right now, writing is something I love to do.
Who knows, maybe one day I'll fall in love with something new.
My time is consumed,
and I feel marooned
in the jungle
of trouble
left in the wake
of my mistake.
All my hobbies
like zombies
are brain dead,
dread and unfed,
in the graveyards
of old time cards.
And yet I still write
late into night
when the shame
and the blame,
the folly of you,
won't accrue
on the deficit edge
of the ledger.
Where there’s a will, there’s a way,
While sun shines, let’s make hay.
Eat healthy and stay healthy,
Write poems and be wealthy.
For creativity is true riches,
It neither drains nor ditches.
Poetry is an art magnetic,
Only versed by folks majestic.
A royal hobby during leisure,
Perfect pastime of pleasure.
Let’s compose couplets cool,
Being royal they just rule..!!
My hobby is doing little
I sit around all day and just fiddle
Staying in bed
All day like I'm dead
You may think I am a jerk
Because I never work
And you know what is funny
My hobby doesn't require any money
Please don't think I am bum
Can't you see I'm having fun
Hobbies are for our enjoyment
My hobby is unemployment

Satin pillow is calling me
Lullaby of lyrics sing so sweet
Eyes burning but dare not close
Elegant urges to write purple prose
Poetry is a hobby that I love
Writing is exciting can’t get enough
Amethyst thoughts like a peach prize
Looking within to find my reason why
Kinda tired so sleep walking
In a different way with pen talking
Now I’m ready go to sleep
Going to dream well in perfect peace
