Liquor Luster
Suctioned palms engulf my
glass
Heckled so we threw it back
Ribs transcend and held it in
A single tear drips down your
nose
Perfect finger held it froze
Gaze off through your frosted
pose...

Pure
Energy crackled, it danced in your heart
Start shackled, a pony show to start
Always heckled, danger to the part
Inside freckled, riddled with bad art
Unleashed, cackled, daggers to your heart
Freedom, tackled, killed you with mine...

The Execution
A well written poem
about nothing much at all
says itself

Critics lean forward
ready to pounce
The muse stands forth
the muse pronounced

Someone was clowning around
someone heckled
someone got bounced
the dissenting
were openly venting

After the word-play
a well-written poem
was framed and hung
and not in a good way...

Heckled By Winds, Like the Rabble
Heckled by winds, like the rabble
Of royal upsets of times
Summer, from his throne-chair of
A gold-rayed backing
What's yet true in minions' trill
Hears his homage in.

With his robes of former glories
Unravelling leaf by leaf
Summer, in what hangs dark for
Abdication's threat
A sky of crow now outlines.
Starlings' cloud-like net....

Never
Hide and seek losses had me heckled
No matter how hard I plotted
So though, I've never been freckled
I must say, I have been spotted!

I never threw from my car, a cat
I've never been that bitter
But if I did, would it be that
Which everyone calls kitty litter?

I never ever say never
Except for that last line I penned
It's not easy, but I'll try hard,
To never say never again!...

Historical Figures
Voices melt back in Time
For views out-dated.
What against them, conspired
Man, woman, inspired.
Heard, heckled, respected
In the conformist!
"All efforts are futile.
Accept it; and smile!"

On each battle-field of
Human endeavour
While risking their good name
Mud-dragged, put to shame
For the betterment of all
Who fought. Attacking
Through progressive movements
Dug-in contingents....

Bee
my poems get
heckled by the
spellchecker
as if it thinks
what i typed
isn't what i
mean

so
s**t
becomes
shut and f
**k becomes
funk but "the" and
"up" remain the same

at work listening
to a safety talk
on too many
decibels
taken in
by the
ear

everyday
and we had
to sign that we
heard the talk so
i signed George Clinton
but my deaf friend Darren
signed he hadn't heard any

thing...

It Came As Lightning
It came as lightning
It came as lightning
thunder and fire it had not
but the terrible made surveillance

cows it saw grazing,
touched them and rejected

birds sat on trees singing,
looked at all and ignored

blades of nature sang sweet music to it
smiled at them and moved away

trees bend and whispered in its ears
heckled at them and pushed on

then it came to a brainy biped
there it sat amused
 but not as a fool...

Frostbitten Frown
Burned and bluffed,
Fooled and ridiculed,
Etched in her stare
Was a frostbitten frown.

Fallacies and fact
Mixed and commingled,
Truth was perception,
Betrayal was abound.

Heckled by hissing
Snakes that side-wind,
Unable to decipher
The colors of venom.

Fraudulent, fictitious,
Fabricated intentions,
The appetite of predators
Is growing unfettered.

Begging and pleading,
Carnivores are calling,
Relentless persuasion
Knock at her eardrum....

Night People
Neon fingers
banish the remnants of the day
Dustbins loiter ominously
blurry eyed
The Night people slide in between
Sailor doom bewitched by sorceresses
as heckled men face electric spears

Stet the occasion
A drawbridge opens
staining the gangster day
Outstretched palms
preclude the day

Jewelled ghost trains
ordinately take you
further away

Velvet dolls with a brainy side
watch stale commissioners slide
Star clad ingénues infuriated evermore...

White Horse
The White Mare
the incoming tide made an island out of
the sand bank where I sat, king for a day,
made a crown of coarse grass
but since I only ruled over a few crabs, who
bit my finger when I shook their claws, I
renounced my crown and swam ashore.
Sanitation workers, in blue overalls and
logo, heckled me since I was not like them
and they made fun of my crown.
On an incoming wave a white mare came,
bareback I mounted and gently the horse
trotted amongst the awestruck workers...
