he tends his wife’s grave
and hears the wedding march - -
smiles and tears
For Andrea’s The Twilight of Memory contest
I sing songs
No one hears.
You can, too.
While I work,
As I play
All alone.
Melodies
From the heart
All for God.
thoughts of yesterday
bring tears
once a castaway
with fears
now, with joy I say,
"God hears"
With a rhythmic spell,
Quasimodo sounds his bell
In his tortured hell,
Esmeralda hears him yell
From his hunchback prison cell.
I found me self in a pickle
When I sat on a thistle
The pricks went in
I started to scream
They lied, they said it would tickle
head has eyes
in head ears are there
sees and hears
Science hears what,
Philosophy why
The deafest of twins
—singing in the same choir
(Villanova Pennsylvania: April, 2019)
Feel as incomplete
As the faintly lit half-moon.
Wishing upon stars;
I shall see you very soon.
Pray the moon hears my wish too.
fire,
She hears and quickens to note
Her keen sense is in tune
To the air and bush around
All is much too still!

you hear jingle
and pingel
your hears bells
you can tell
its around Christmas
for this reason
they all play
MUSIC FOR THE HOLIDAY
Music whispers in the ears
beautiful melody hears
stinking memories
dries up with left out worries
as my eyes rest without wearies.
A priest hears confessions Q.T.
And grants absolution for free
Just hearing a cop
In a doughnut shop
Scares the "Be-Jesus" out of me!
Wind Chimes
hanging wind chimes ring;
the silent listener hears
songs the Seasons sing.

As I put the dog in the cage,
a single thought is in my head.
I whisper it outloud,
no one but the dog hears it
"I know how it feels".
Psalm 27:8
My heart
Hears Jesus say,
Daughter come talk to me.
And my heart answering says, Lord,
I come.

A lady I know is in tears
Her husband drinks too many beers
When kissing her thighs
His ding-a-ling dies
And snoring is all that she hears
I knew we were in trouble
when Dr. Suess lowered the boom
Daring to change his book's title
from 'Horton Hears a Whom'
Sunset tinged the clouds blood red
Voices screaming through his head
Of nature's cry, he hears the sound
Of wind that circles all around
No
One hears
silent screams;
they bow out fast
Like a tired player,
Leaving life’s stage.
We all scream
Often;
Shh…
CHATTING
Talking to God or talking to a baby
The chat is one sided and no reply
But it’s as much about what he hears
As what he says
sees
man over moon
sings
songs of winter
hears
trees rustle
sea of dreams
rustle trees
hears
winter of songs
sings
moon over man
sees
I'M FLOWING
IN AN ANCIENT RIVER.
NO ONE HEARS
WHAT I'M
SAYING TO THE RIVER.
AND WHAT THE RIVER WAS
SAYING TO ME.
DOWN THE NEWS
I,
RIVER,
TIDE.
Prayer
The key for Grace
That opens up heaven
For God hears and gives His blessing of
Mercy.
