Knots of Life
When a blob of water merges with the sea its bliss.
But when the sea ebbs into a droplet,
it becomes a gordian knot!

Ocurrence
We’ve broken apart;
a tub of salty tears,
a tub of bitter regrets.
We are piercing the world
as a pair
of new odd shoes.
Somebody have cut
the Gordian knot
that kept tight
our hearts and our laces....

Premium Member The Fool
A lone gunman enters a school
he is nothing more than a fool

He claims the lives of the innocent
But to heaven they will all be sent

There is no reason behind the chaos
Behind the maddening gordian knot

I pray that peace will rule the world
For all of our boys and girls...

Premium Member Stars In Her Eyes
stars in her eyes, fleeting…her broken heart
like confetti - the century’s storm, smart.

Ben didn’t rush - the Gordian knot tight.
He cuts grief’s umbilical cord - Kate’s knight

pinkens her cheeks, pastes back her smile. the stars -
Kate’s crowd surfing, beyond clouds, above the scars.

Warmth
I feel her heartbeat close to mine.
We are interwoven like a Gordian knot,
Praying that Alexander cannot tear us apart.

I feel her breath caress my skin.
We hold each other tightly, less we forget how
we feel in each others arms.

I feel her warmth seep into mine,
In that moment I feel as heavenly as an angel,
Yet as human as the girl in my arms.

Warmth, touch, blood and Love....

Wife, Sacred Heart Difficult Duty
Wife is pain killer
You get stressed and pain is all over
By society, work place
She gives her heart and stress flies away

Wife is garbage collector
You are tortured, cut, scattered
By problems, challenges
She collects you again into one piece

Wife is nutcracker
You find difficulties, you are lost
By Gordian knot-like issues
She suggests solutions and you smile again

Wife with sacred heart but difficult duty
Deserves honor and respect from society...

Haze, Daze and Whimsy Ways
there was a wicked wench
with a wicked vent
a wicked way and away she went
to a pink picket house
beside a picket fence
and a picket sentry in residence

she minded Gothic kids
having great Gothic pals
who drew Gothic art on gorgeous gals
plus a peg-leg pooch
jet black named Spot
whose tail’s tied in a Gordian knot

the neighbors all knew
what we knew not
that what we had is what we got
in a different box
of mixed chocolates
pixy stix and forget-me-nots...
