Warmth

I feel her heartbeat close to mine. We are interwoven like a Gordian knot, Praying that Alexander cannot tear us apart. I feel her breath caress my skin. We hold each other tightly, less we forget how we feel in each others arms. I feel her warmth seep into mine, In that moment I feel as heavenly as an angel, Yet as human as the girl in my arms. Warmth, touch, blood and Love.

Welcome to Poetry Soup. I welcome you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
