The sharp shrill scream sounds
As an echo in a cave
Trembling surroundings
As spectre wanders sadly
To be saved from the condemn

Rage

Really Angry, Getting EasieR
Actually contemplating ferAl
Godforsaken acts, FURY Goading,
Effortlessly Growl, A Roar Ending.

So it would seem, rage has brought me full circle,
wondering why I ever thought I was here.

Godforsaken Heart

The story of that godforsaken heart
was racing through my mind,
for those who do not remember the past
are condemned to repeat it.
The warmth of the life inside me
it gave strength and comfort
when all seemed lost.

The night is young and so are we, well back
then we were, young love
hell bent to make our marks upon the world,
sadly we grew up
and grew into godforsaken rigid
rules of impressing
bosses and each other, now I just ask
can we please go back?

Everyday most awaken to a quest acquiring more
Never considering just closing the door
Oddly no matter how many gulps of the juice taken
Uttering that a thirst is quenched would be godforsaken
Genuine gratitude for things that are not purchased fluff
Have a selfless comfort always knowing it's enough

Satan Gate Is Obsession

Satan GHOSTLY haunt dirty men
He looks like a GOSSAMER adviser
He is not found in GRAVE so man may rest in peace
Satan for sure loves GODFORSAKEN places
Satan followers shall have GRIEF-STRICKEN end because of loss and deprivation
GROANING is main result of opening gate for Satan to comes in and obsess

UNNERVED

a fresh grave, gravelly dug,
collar gathered and put upon.

the doghouse, below the gloam,
godforsaken with a gaping hole.

guard of gray-glass, at midnight,
hardly hinders gathering ghosts.

unnerved fear grips my sleep,
gangly bedroom curtain grieves.

I scream at the universe
for injustice and unimagined pain
when my GOSSAMER heart opens
the gate of GRIEF-STRICKEN memories
    of a GHOSTLY face
that lies in a GRAVE of GODFORSAKEN despair
still GROANING inside my soul
where I crumble in tear-stained
mutterings of worthless thoughts
of days and nights that could have been

Wrack and Ruin

The storm whipped legs to huddles;
It spoke with the discarded clothes
of mad clowns.

I watched small birds explode, deer swim
toward the night, raccoons sail
a godforsaken sky.

A mottled land shook its muddy ribs.
Ducks sunk amid churning reeds.
A whittling wind hurt every heart.

I closed cowering eyelids,
hid from the calamity jig
of the bobbing
and the dead.

Holy Me

Unrest in me
made me so and not that,
in whatever doings and whoever is me:
something crams upwards
weaves web over web
around the thoughts.

Is it so, want it else:
it’s so damn cold
when all quivers.

Hammer and forge
my dearest words
for whom I don’t possess.

Want to caress
everyone’s head
in a sacrament,
be so for ever,
till night ebbs from me
in a godforsaken box.

Alone On Valentines Day

Verbally admitting your love
Allowing your heart to show
Learning that the feelings aren't shared
Exiting the room in despair
Nothing else hurts more
Than this godforsaken day
If you are heartbroken and alone
No one wants you, no one cares
Everyone else is happy, why cant you be
Seems like its too much to ask
Dreams are the only defense you have
Against this dark loneliness
You are truly alone

Do Not Stow Your Life Away

Do Not Stow Your Life Away Do not stow your life away Or stray in some godforsaken play Nothing worth having is just given away Do not look the other way Embrace with open heart What now seems the hardest part And should you get carried away Or even lost in any way A nudge, a touch I will apply Night and day on me you can rely For it is you, my child, Who forges firm untied This precious life

A Lost Soul

A soul lost and wandering
Never caring for anyone
Love is just some ritual
That's only good for some

Never looking for the good
Just searching for the bad
A smile be never shown
Laughter never had

A dreary soul without a heart
A Godforsaken being
Only here in misery
Without no love or feeling

This soul will leave this mortal coil
Never knowing love was there
Just never opened up his heart
To know that people cared

Premium Member The Unspooling

Things didn’t happen unexpectedly with no
Hint; where once you hung on my
Every word, now for months you haven’t heard.

Useless to say I love you,
Never mind the ill wind blowing,
Soon heartache will ensue~
Perhaps you don’t mind my knowing,
Or perhaps you just don’t care!
Odd to see life unspooling,
Lying in a tangle over there
In a maze of dismay fueling
Near emptiness in feeling
Godforsaken with no hope of healing.

Premium Member At The Hades Gate

Within the ghostly fog the gate
is waiting patiently for me,
who is grief-stricken that you might not await
beyond the copse in love's decree~
a gossamer whisper of a promise
that cruel fate has whisked away.

In godforsaken solace
I am left with this cold grave of dirt,
wherein my fair Adonis sleeps
in unrelenting night,
and no amount of mortal groaning
will release him back to light.

The Gates of Hades

today I visited your Grave my love
I wasn’t sure if you noticed
this cemetery is in a Godforsaken place
the knobby old weeping willows
lend a Ghostly tenor to the site
the wind blowing through the trees
makes a Groaning sound or
perhaps it is just my imagination
I am still Grief-stricken since
that time ten years ago when
your soul was taken from me
and lifted to heaven on Gossamer wings
I shall never forget you until
my time comes

Premium Member Gone Through Heaven's Gate

The ghostly night was filled with gloom As from your grave we walked away. Grief-stricken, there beside your tomb; Through Heaven's gate you've gone. A friend you were until that day You met your godforsaken doom And taken through death's alleyway. From the long stay in your dim room Where pain and groaning came to stay, Gossamer wings you now assume; Through Heaven's gate you've gone.

Premium Member A Gate Forever Closed

A guilty man's bride was sadly taken.
Heaven's gate was closed - no prayer could save.
Grief-stricken, this poor man, godforsaken,
saw a grim vision of his future grave.
A sad, ghostly figure did awaken,
groaning, "your soul will always be the slave
of memories when your heart was shaken".
Fate's words would on his heart and tomb, engrave.
This gossamer ghost sank beneath a stone,
damned to a dark eternity alone.
