The Ink Stick

Rubbing ink calms the mind
so hairs may glide,
to bequeath
long lasting lines.
we fade away at eventide
and in that in between zone
deep inside we wingless glide
our finer sensibilities gently hone
Where birds of blue sweetly glide
Above the crescent moon,
Shooting stars collide,
And wishes crash into an ocean dune.
Peddling with great stride
Muscles relax as I glide
Leisure ten-speed ride

warmth golden sunrise
wisps of sweet honeysuckle~
glide upon spring's rays
You were born in the land of Venice
Had lovers aplenty
Now you glide alone
Along the dark canal
A giggling gondola ghost.
I sail
in my dream world
on waters glassed
towards my own true north
the wind fills billowing sails
as birds glide
Specks of peal shimmer on grass
Small solid bubbles roll in the wind
Blades of green glide
A feather's touch
A velvet smooth
shoo, grasshopper green!
glide to verdant vales unseen..
let my green grass preen!
waves of thought forms rise and subside
surfing the gap we smoothly glide
consciousness holding memory
forever pulsating inside
Rich
colors
fly away
Southbound birds too
Lovely November
of lonely skies
pink clouds glide
Sun sinks
rich
opaque wings fairy sound
swirling hues gather round
glide without care
past our sad stare
final rest on the ground.
Floundering ship on which I ride
Tossed about the oceans glide
Torn with all life’s gale and storm
Strickens me but keeps me warm
Oh, how I envy its freedom,
To roam the skies so wide,
To taste the sweetness of life,
With every graceful glide.
crumbs tossed into pond
mallard ducks glide toward me ~

tropical night sways
as we glide under starlight
butterfly wings land
on my bare shoulder disguised
as his soft familiar touch
Ghouls glide through with ease
souls released, all Hallows Eve
Goodbye dear summer.
Two armpits
Everyone has
Tub, sink or shower
In need of baths
In need of protection
Roll, glide or spray
Wash and deodor
Every day
sailboat,
dear conveyance
of my dimmed dreams,
glide freely 'neith the sun
I'll watch as you sail away
with my heart
sink into sleep
drop into deep
paddle in waves
of fluffed up sheep
glide through the dark
fade into dense
waves of muffled
quiet rest.
Hours divide sun from night,
Rainstorms glide; birds alight!

Tis so sweet to slip the bonds of Earth
to race on back of foam and spray,
to glide in stride on crafted board,
to run out the bestial fray!
My long kisses glide
slow down your neck,
like honey drips from a spoon....
creamsicle wings that glide, susurration
of light that pierces the dark -
duly sent from heaven’s crown

Like corn oil on a sheet of hot metal
I let them glide, smoking
Spending themselves as they dripped
Down my cheeks; these hot tears of winter.
