yes...
stirred day
april first so...
the winds are
spiraling snow...
in front of the
garage...
and front door
In the fountain of our longing,
In the ache that is our core,
May we see each our hearts belonging,
When it knocks on our front door.
This brave
front door
mighty fortress
stands sentinel
keeping my secrets
"H A L T !"
It demands
"Who goes there?"
Its orders
obeyed
Pack
Boxes,
Fill the car,
Close the front door;
On the memories!
Leaving comfort,
Facing change:
New house,
Bare.
Beside the last pew,
a chipped white collection plate.
A ghostly blessing
if you toss a modern coin
through time and the barred front door.
I called to see you at home
No,go front door informed
I dropped it at the door and came
Did you find that?
Find my hugs that,if not neglect!
I have the heart of a poet
I keep it in a box near my front door
If you visit my home you are welcome to stamp on it
That is what I keep it there for
Form:
The cat can stretch out anywhere
In grass or gravel
In catnip patches
However he has a favorite spot
In front of the front door
Holding us hostage
surrounded by trees
a trailer lies in decay
the front door tugged by the wind
a home left behind
littered with animal waste
shadows seep from doors ajar
be thankful when it arrives
with a knock on your front door;
a very important guest -
opportunity
I tossed out my dreams
into the cosmic ethers;
they tossed back hope.
Opportunity
came knocking at my front door;
I devoured it.

So she flies away
To New Hampshire
Not to Maine
But when my heart
Unfolds
It goes the distance
All the way
To your front door
So don’t be lonely
Anymore
Benji the dog loves to bark
As a small white dog giving it all his heart
To each one he sees walking past
At his front door for lots of laughs.

to front door he brought daffodils
gem blue eyes
past loves like dried leaves fell

Devil deceives
Sheeply creeps
Enters the front door
always wants more.
Takes your pie
makes me cry!
Never sorry but sore
Aches and pains he brings
Doesn't let you sing....
JESSE was her name
A beautiful white and collie Friendly
always standing by,guarding the front door
She got sick,so deathly ill
We had to put her down
Our ever-Faithful
No More
There once were three boys who were neighbors
Getting dressed for Halloween they did labor
At my front door
They kept grabbing for more
Instead of candy they got a taste of my taser.
Night has come and gone
Now here comes Dawn
Creeping up the front steps
Into the front door
Welcoming those whose dreams have come to an end
And those whose dreams decided to slumber
Food shopping I find is a chore
My memory's getting quite poor
I write my list down
Then drive into town…
My shopping list's by my front door!

A large heart-shaped box was placed at my door
no name or address - I checked to be sure,
after I untied the bow
I was treated to a show...
neighbor's wife naked at the wrong front door!

Ah~ write couplets, and no, nothing more.
Then~ prance smugly out my front door?
No, no, I just cannot do simply that!
Will be crazed as a hatter, who lost his hat!
slamming
shut the door
again
reverberating
in my heart
again
splintering
all my love
again
locking
the front door
again
opening
to my forgiveness
again

Party keeps raging on fire
I leave out the front door
like a ghost without desire
float into a bed of a whore
donate my seed to the choir
I hear the Symphony soar.
In England it is almost twelve o'clock
I just saw Santa Claus in his red smock
He left parcels galore
Outside of my front door
Asked him in, but he said his lips were sore.
There was a stupid chap from North Shore
Who bought Viagra in fifty doses and more.
Confused respecting it function
He took more without compunction.
Now he has trouble exiting his front door.
