His cream puffs will fill a crony
But food for have nots is phony
Donald’s a great cook
And serves each poor schnook
Trump steaks—No wait…it’s baloney!

Food For....Thought

They're searching for fuel by every means
Even in the inbetweens
Soon their obsession will pass
They'll find themselves some gas
Just do like us and eat some beans

We Relied So God Supplied

We Relied So God Supplied

On God Himself, we have relied;
Food for thought us He supplied;
Am mild and meek;
Worship each week;
Do end up with great feeling inside.

A Poets Food For Thought

a madcap poet
eats nothing but cantaloupe
prose never sweeter

an everyday sane bard
stomach sets off a raucous
he is starved for words

food for thought

Swims in saline and fresh water
After living in sea returns to river
Loves to jump, swims upstream
Makes most of odor memories
Obstacles on journey aplenty
Needs cold, clean water to live lively

change

change
is all so sudden

like a caterpillar
in their cocoon
wondering if
they will emerge as a beautiful butterfly
or suffocate in its
supposed coffin
or brand new
space to grow and learn

Breakfast

Why is this cold metallic straw in my mouth.

It makes my body shake with fear,

and tears roll down my face.

. . .and still, it remains here.

I hate the taste of lead,

but maybe today, It's my food for thought.

Food For Thought Thoughts: of Miracle Man 5/20/2024 It isn’t a question, of whether I have a testimony to communicate. But it’s rather, what kind of message am I communicating with my testimony.

Bite Size Iv: Food For Thought

When you feel yourself on the brink of a nervous break down
Fall to the ground and shout your pain to a passing wind
En route to the One whose ears are always open
He hears all He knows all
He just needs you to need Him humbly

Food For Thought

People will talk, until the
day you die
That's the TRUTH, I woldn't
tell you No lie
But, keep your chin up, and
don't you cry
Because One day, it'll all pass
you by
When you're able to stare FEAR,
in the eye
And. look for that Silver lining in
the sky

Cogito, ergo sum
      His thoughts are a-bloom

    He thinks, therefore he is
      He feels his brain a-whizzz...

    Yet an attitude of gratitude
      is no mere platitude

    A simple 'thank-you' is never for naught
      ~ and that is today's food for thought
