A frog weeps at night
noisier than rustling leaves
The wavering heart
follows wherever the wind
blows as one frog weeps along
child of the earth
an optimist who follows her heart
disheveled, gypsy-like,
ready to do whatever needs done
living truth
Summer is my chosen season
It follows Spring and leads us into Fall
But Summer is the warmest of them all
You are my Summer
A wind that follows,
first dawn on your eye-lids,
small boat that rocks,
for unseen they pleasure floated midway on the waves.
Form:
Step sideways
looking back over your shoulder.
No one follows.
The path we lay in life
is ours alone
and No One follows.
Everywhere you go
the ocean follows you
it never leaves you alone
no matter how hard you
try to play hide and seek on the shore
Time passes through my watch,
as function follows form

little turkey pelt
feathers fluff in wind--follows
his drove through farmland
he struggles to not fall back
dust clouds rise beneath his feet
Sun rises in between seasons.
Waiting for spring to come to life.
Here the land still sleeps.
