I swallowed greed too
The seed flourished and grew
And shaped me anew

The Outcry

Seeking the justice
The lost life of innocence
letting the world hear.

The outcry is loud
let's unite for good of all
that's where wrong amend

The thrill of just and
fair will live in every hearts
that's when life flourished.

A Thick, Misty Haze

A thick, misty haze
Cluttered that meadow
Of dreams
Where rivers of love
And trees of life
Flourished like untamed weeds
But your strong wind
Rushed the clouds away
Uncovering a clear reality
My life lies ahead of me
And I choose you

Premium Member Seeds of Love

She planted seeds of love deep in my heart
that flourished and bloomed like a flower
nourished with tender care
and summer love
with soft warm kisses
that rained down on me
like a welcome refreshing
invigorating shower.

It isn't easy loving a poet

It isn't easy loving a poet,
 who embezzles your dark scars~
 to make their words shine.
For once you flourished together in the summer,
now you're a wrinkled weed in winter’s wrath,
where rhymes are lost in the light of the distant sun.

The Purest Joy

I inhaled,
and the breeze flourished upon my skin,

I exhaled,
and the grass prickled at my fingertips,

I loved,
and the world exploded with its wonders,

I cried,
and I got sucked into the ink adding wonder to your pages,
Dark,
Aglow with beauty.

Chateau De La Gardine

Flourished, the vintage affection of elegant talent
drizzled lightly in the exploration of a drowning yacht,
 resurfaced, only through amiable bailing,
continual, until the waves desist,
the ocean arid,
then lingers,
submerged in the dip of the shoreline.

Flourish

The earth once thrived It flourished Now the earth is deprived of any of its gorgeous. The trees would grow endlessly needing no trim But now the willow trees are ripping themselves apart limb by limb. Is it possible to flourish once again?

Technicolor Skywriting

Maître peintre of exulted hallelujahs
   skywriting's vastly delusional vapors,
whitewashed of stained looking-glass
     flourished in atmospherical cloudbursts,
beyond hallucinations' unearthly enlightenment
   dreamt 'pon released chimerical technicolor

Serenity

I seek morning freshness
to awake remembrance
of scented flowers of my childhood
when days were sweet and
time was not stolen
in searching for forgotten wisdom.

If my soul fall asleep and
my world perishes,
still will be scented flowers to
remind me of eternal beauty where
innocence flourished.

30 Days Hath September

Just 30 little days in which to turn around A whole new season, new school year The cooled breeze scented with academia, apples and the most tenacious of roses Spiders invading bathtubs, lazy bees Stubbled fields, the grass now yellow where emerald blades once flourished

Harmony

Hope shone through this acoustic shell
as pipe dreams drifted through ripples
nestled amongst the glorious trees
chords riff some strummed an original lick
as they frolicked in harmony upon a dim lit sky
their beauty flourished through fragrant cracks
perfumed lavender replenished these restless hearts

you reach with clinging desires
and drunken temptations
brightly flourished promises
wrapped 'round petite
virgin white pleasures

yet trust hesitates around
too much beauty
hidden midst other scents

emotional flytraps while
Venus blushes
knowing if she waits
her hugs will be too painful
to escape

Long Gone

The years have gone by
The months have flourished
The days have remembered
And all the memories still exists

The century is replicating
The decade is forming
The universe is calling
And the memories are not fading

The consequences of the decisions
The bearing of the fruits
The end has come
And the beginning has arrived

Premium Member Finger Gloves

Yesterday my sis and I took a 30 minute walk. Once again we came across trumpet flowers that flourished in my mom’s parents backyard. Solace and memories of familiarity. Mom is surely with us.

Granny's Blossoms

Beside the old house
on the northern side,
where Granny's flowers
did abide,

Red roses flourished,
orange Poppies too,
and tall Holly Hocks
of crimson grew.

Dahlias, Iris,
Snap Dragons of blue,
plus beautiful Asters
covered in dew.

Great hues of color
with greenery fine,
I'll always remember
those blossoms divine.

I Thank You

THANKS

I cannot replace my gratitude for you
took breath, had food ,you gave
Slept under the shelter ,you are
You were pure as soul, which
we were holding our dear lives upon
I cherished, nourished, flourished you
But now I destroyed you
hoping things will get better
I'm sorry for what I've done
and thank you for what you've done

Carnal Flame

I oft wonder about thee
the flame that once shone bright
into mine life

Have thou been extinguished
by all the lies
spread by deviance for all to behold

Or have thy flourished
using deceit and manipulation
to fuel forward

Nary a thought
as to the carnage you leave behind
in the hearts of others

Tis I ponder
