A Psychiatrist Said To His Patient
A psychiatrist said to his patient,
“Your neuroses are still only latent.
   But what’s becoming acute,
   And makes that point moot,
Are your psychoses, which are all very flagrant.”...

Spirit of Nectar
Oh- the sweet nectar so missed
Ambrosia upon my lips
Rapturous plague deep within
Needing depths, flagrant, await their first
turn

My core- a rosey plummet
Addict of internal war
Greedy- forever needy
Core, filling with hedomania- begs!...

Why do we think it’s bad when other folks do it While we persist in justifying our flagrant ways? I suspect we cannot see our own shortcomings Their misbehaviors despicable, ours merely flings.

One Last, Lonesome, Time
Time to shine
Our rusted hope
Flood the soil
And wilt our rose
Time to walk
An unworn path
Kick up dust
And choke on laughs
Time to veil
Our flagrant flaws
Clean the slate
And hide our claws
Time to sing
Our separate song
Tip our hats
And bid so-long...

False and Lie Stink
The falsehood has,
     the bad breath
    to find itself further fragrant
      than the truth... !
     But there is,
     flagrant odor of
     mistaken... !

     irony in its project
     without any grace...
     No trace of pure air... !...

What He Found In Shy Wood - For K
Sun-flagrant, a flashed tigress
Gaze-blazing, brazen.
This beauty species he shuns.
And to Shy Wood runs.

Doey eyed, in dappled light;
Which, doe-like, stepped out
Through gentlest coaxing words, with
A sweet demure noise.
Thence charmed away by its poise.
Womankind's standout!...

Fiery, vicious, ire-filled dispute
Ferocious, savage, shocking fight
Flagrant show of hate so acute
Frightful, vitriolic blight

Forgoes any chances to mend
Forsakes God's command: Let hate end.
Fails to deal with furor's root.

Trickle Down
Subtle emotions
Suffer ignominy,
Blatant I was
Flagrant you were ,
Savage
internal blushes,
Lose conscience
Of cruelty
And rudeness,

Drench of shame
Like hot liquid,
Flowing over my
Neck and shoulders,
Trickles down
Along my veins,
Episode regrettable
I feel guilty,
Like a spy
With cover blown,
Reprehensible
I am  !!...

Trump Disaster and Dumb Fruit
Beyond His Means

Trump does like to live beyond his means;
Has created much chaos and many scene;
An epitome,
Of stupidity;
Was all wet and soon saw it on his jeans.

Of women, Trump was always in hot pursuit,
While so much flagrant bull he does shoot;
Burns bottoms of candles;
And women manhandles;
Is definitely a disaster as well as dumb fruit.

Premium Member An Alliteration Floral Mess
The same sunny Sunday simply
Just was when the merry month
Of May came cruising cautiously
Colliding with a clear and conclusive
Nature every day I say we cheer
Forever everywhere do dare and
Care when all of nature is flagrant
Aroma we grow up the air is clear
The garden fragrance fully floral
Fortune fortress a flowerful
Pleasantries of gardens a
Beautiful stench of a mess....

Watch What You Say On the Air
If you are host of a radio program each day,
the best advice is to be careful of what you say.
Say the wrong thing, and millions of people are annoyed.
Loss of sponsorship can leave anyone unemployed.
There are many persons sensitive to prejudice.
Flagrant racist remarks will render you no justice.
Networks pull the plug on you, and you are out the door.
Utterance of the wrong words, and you are heard no more....

Premium Member It Ain'T All That Bad
I sank into the depths of marbled
Frustration.
Canonized in furrowed gasps,
I claimed my own footsteps were thieves.
We all skulk slunk-shouldered to the same sorrowful shore.
Though it ain’t all that bad.
Look through the lightened leaves
The maple glow will warm your
Foiled, flagrant, tired eyes.
If you are not your own era,
Bring your illusions to the foreground and
Castrate your deadened pride....

Premium Member How Hot Was It
Slowly over the hours it simmered.
intensifying as the heat deepened.

Senses now on fire in anticipation.
Skin heating up in expectation.

Blood now hot and bubbling.
Flames everywhere shooting.

Stomach growls as it is hit.
Legs give out and so I sit.

Wow that was one hot curry
Never ever good to hurry.

If you thought it something different
Would a woman really be so flagrant?

Take Two and Call Me In the Morning
Poetic Terrorist- flagrant Errorist!
While all I write feels meritless
And all I do seems perilous!
Chalk it up to being careless...

My Heart, my Mind- about to burst!
Born, was I, a Soul accursed...
A million wounds I have nursed
Still I feel always the worse

Send helicopters full of doctors-
Tell me, what is their diagnosis?
Oh! the Tests conclude I'm awkward!
(What a bleak and poor prognosis!)

This Time
Violence of every kind,
In spirit that is lost,
Flagrant to extol the mind,
And therefore at a cost,

History that’s godless spent,
In crushing dreams below,
Decapitate the mind that’s meant,
To be what we might know,

Power twisted on its side,
Contorted with such greed,
Beastly cravings must confide,
The bowels of human need,

Godless as we carry on,
Bereft a lonesome chime,
Babies born another dawn,
Change they say this time.

Premium Member The Garden
The Garden ©

I wander my garden
the morning sun barely peeking
above the distant hills

dew drops wet my toes
and the damp earth seeps between them
cool and wet

my flowers nod their heads to me
as if to say ‘good morning’
their colors soft and muted without
the rays of the sun to spike their flagrant color
the over-achieving bee dips into the golden nectar

a bird trills a celebration to the new day

The Cherry Pick
Cherries with the wine,
Silky red curves to dine,
Floating with the ice,
Looms my tongue to charms and dice;

She devil in brine,
Wet dips and her wits decline,
Breathless she tosses,
In the fresh frolic gossips;

Cheered she baits just fine,
Duly caressed remains mine,
Clamors to recant,
In her to and fro descents;

Between sedation,
Dances edged by temptation,
No accusation,
Accepts flagrant violation;

Bitten ecstasy;
Masticated revelation:...
