Time

The time I spend
Spent thinking of you
Memories of the past
I fall behind
I am caught by the moment
A moment in time

Face the Sunlight

"I face the sunlight
 and the shadows fall behind...
 With determined focus,
what I seek is what I find"

Us, From the Realization Til Now

Meeting.
Soaked souls in wine.
Dizzy, tingling hearts fall behind.
Our moment's trump all else; rebuilds lost time.
Ignite, our connection is flint.
We dance 'til dawn.
Meeting.

Always Pay Attention

Always pay attention
And do not fall behind
Focus on doing well
Keep everything in line

There is always more to gain

Always Forge Ahead

Always forge ahead
Do not fall behind
Take your schoolwork seriously
Be diligent and kind

Time

Time
tick tock
The present
now becomes then
future becomes now.
Passing like fast water
to the sea. Be mindful of
the current and not swept away.
The clock seconds scream - warning not to
run ahead or fall behind the swift hand.

Anxiety

Trapped in this world of guilt,
Tangled in the world of misery,
Unnoticed by the people I love,

Want to smile but killed by angst,
Fall behind just to think it through,
Build myself up day by day,
By lying to myself,

The lies I start to belive.

Knowledge

Hands move,
eyes see,
knowledge is there,
reach but can?t grasp,
we are told,
we do not hear,
time marches on,
we are left behind,
we advance,
we fall behind,
trip and fall,
get up,
crawl, Walk, RUN!
slow age, stop,
time marches on,
we are left behind,
left behind,

Falling

First of Fall
Moonlit drive
First of all
Still alive
First to fall
I survived
Fell to pieces
Cast aside
Fell apart
Failed to die
Fell for Love
Cupids lie
Fall forward
Fall behind
Fall forever
Love is blind
Fall for you
Fall this time
Fall for love
I wouldn't mind

Via of Umbra Interfixus Per Lux Lucis

this is the way out
but where does it lead
to a path untaken
to a path unseen
to risk and try
to rely on fate
it is a chance we all must take

you wish to leave
so you fall behind
lost in a crowd of brainless minds
fallow blind
or choose to see
the path untaken
the path unseen

Dust Ball Regal Wedding Clothes

when things fall behind the dresser
they'll be there for awhile
sometimes a long while..
they're soon forgotten..
like common gesture and mundane conversation

someday the dresser will be moved
and all forgotten things will burst alive once again
dressed in their dust ball regal wedding clothes

Say

its hard to say
     its hard to see..
standing right next to you
to feel wad you feel..

its easy to guess
    its easy to realise..
you need a hand..
you don't want to fall behind..

and i want to ..
         i just want to..
I just want to ..
      take your hand
and make you feel fine.

Dreams

Hold your dreams
tight in your mind.
Never let go,
lest they fall behind.

Life can chase them,
far away from you.
Never give in
until they come true.

Change for no one,
except yourself.
Don’t come undone,
fight with stealth.

If a battle is lost,
fight ever more.
Your dreams are the cost
if you lose the war

Silent Shadow

Silent and always there to mimick you,
The shadow quick to never fall behind,
It appears as if its stretching from the tip of your tennis shoe,
Away into the distance in a straight line,
You cant hide from it or loose it no matter what,
With an arsenal of weapons you try to take it out,
Only to find it's immune to any hole or cut

Blurred Pastures

Pull yourself up from the mud
Its clogging the lines between
Dreams and reality
Our spirit has started to flood
The third eye's been blinded
The future pleads to fall behind me
There's plenty of pleasure
Waiting on the other side of the pasture
I'll find that laughter
I've been after
Find that smile
That's been tryin to hide

Age Advanced

“I fall behind the age I am, to keep as youthful as I can.” I'm age advanced, but who could tell I believe I hide my age well Face makeup covers the truth When one's lost the glow of youth And dressing in up-date gear That hide bulges that appear I'm age advanced, but who could tell I believe I hide my age well.

One Step Ahead

When will you cover
When will you see
That all you're doing is saving me
Accusing me so psychotic
Using my temper as a weapon
I'll hail to how clever you have become
But never will I fall behind
I am always one step ahead
You're known too well to succeed
In your mission to destroy me
So now I anxiously wait
To see if you can outsmart me

Will the Future Come

Everyone always says
Life is not gaurented forever
You need to work hard
Like today was your last day
Let the ones you love know
That you'll always love them
Never give up on your dreams
Because tomorrow may never come
Let the past fall behind you
For you never know where the future will lead you
But all in all
The future may never come

The End of the World

From the ashes of the fallen
The new will arise,
Into a world of white.

As they begin to open their eyes
They are already blind.
Blinded by the colors
That the fallen left behind.

Red, brown, and black
Fill the world
That once was vivid and bright.

Destined to follow the paths already made,
The new fall behind.
Nothing but ashes
In a world of white.

Everytime I Cry

Everytime I move ahead it does not take long to fall behind,
Just when I think I see cleary, I find I am actually pretty blind.
Then guilt comes along with sorrow pinning me to the ground,
Needing to hear encourgement, please tell me can it be found?
I feel left alone blaming myself always questioning why,
How do I get to the point in life I no longer have to cry?

No Time To Waste

I am here, at this moment.
This moment in time.
It is all that is current.
It is all mine.

No need to look back.
Don't plan ahead.
No reason to keep track.
No future to dread.

There is no time to waste,
or change your mind.
Can't act in haste.
Won't fall behind.

To live in the present,
makes much more sense.
It is the most recent.
With no past tense.

Relative

they say they
are saving
time

Spring ahead
Fall behind
just a mind

f*uctuation of
a particular
control

that they try to
console their
thoughts

that we're
gods be
cause

what we've
done is
made

the sun
do what
we want so

it will rise
an hour later
yet no stupidity

seems
to not
say

hey it's
the same
that it always

was

I T

Looked for IT
Searched for IT
Didn't know where to find IT
Found IT
Allowed IT
There was no place IT could hide
Took IT
Booked IT
Now IT is all mine
Take IT
Brake IT now that is a crime
Shamed IT
Tamed IT you do the time
Blame IT
Save IT
Don't matter if IT complies
Pay IT
Crave IT until it takes over your mind
Say IT
Don't spray IT let your words be kind
Do as IT says and you wont fall behind

Chaos

To fall behind
To come up short
Smudge my line
Or worse, abort

I cannot see
Too much to fathom.
A thick debris
Of many passions

One track mind
Obsessive kind
Can’t switch lanes
For lack of time

Taillights glow
Straight ahead
Road closed
End, dead

Arrows pointing
Orange cones
A clear warning
To shift zones

Gears won’t budge
Frozen limbs
Sticky grudge
Buried ends

Fall Behind

By now I should be quite resigned
To “spring ahead and fall behind”
But every time we change the clocks
It seems that sheer exhaustion knocks.

I wake up when I think it’s time
Though it no longer is and I’m
Unable to get back to sleep
Since daylight early starts to creep.

And then when it’s still afternoon
I eat my dinner – way too soon.
At 8 p.m., for goodness’ sake,
I’m struggling to stay awake.
