A Great Fall

Johnny was balancing on a high wall
He tripped pretending an entreating fall
with a big bump on his head
wife shook a finger and said
don't know whether you're brilliant or screwball

Chimeran Crossing

Bridging the gap…
hate falling away

Into the chasm,
fate tightens the stays

Forging two armies,
to now fight as one

Entreating their union
—Saint Michael has come

Heated Kisses

Heated kisses, fevered touch upon my waking. Heated kisses, entreating a sweet hypnosis. Sultry promises you're making, deep of your lips I am drinking. Heated kisses.

Let's Hope and Pray

hope
                   eager, perspective
       promising, prospecting, wishing
desire, confidence, communion, worship
            lauding, entreating, offering
                    hymnal, devotional
                               prayer

The Stars Tonight

Luminosity of the despondent star in the celestial land above
Had grown to be caliginous in nature
Dwindled its crimson gleam

Dissolved into newfound restlessness,
Parched, dark, waterless spring
Entreating for even a luster

Named a blessing buried underneath cloaks
The last cries of
A twinkle.

Flicker.

Somewhere My Love of My Heart-

My heart is beating But there's no one to love My eyes are entreating Many beautiful women There are many God's daughters Some who are not seeking a groom a partner or husband my spirit is crying my eyes full of tears my soul denying There's someone For me somewhere

Fatuous Frivolous Love

Segregated by your callous posture
Serenaded by your soft, sensual voice
Seduced by your feminine mystique
Subdued by the fragrant aroma of your silky skin
Sheltered by your caressing stare
Shackled to your warm embrace
Surrendering to your beckoning bosom
Repulsed by your recoiling movements
Enraptured with each panting breath
Impounded by your entreating distress
Freed to enter your throbbing estate

Inciting Mine

.

Constantly you throb ‘pon mine
                member
                 inciting
        recruiting all of mine

        rousing the moments

                adoring
                   me
               insisting I
         persist as no other

              collapsing
              entreating

                  Truly

             in your grip
               i have no
                  mind

One Glass Egg

this name is just
a tiny glass vessal
steadily cracking
under it's burden
the weight of waiting words
piled ever higher
encroching on the sky
entreating the fleeting glimpse
of passerby
one last thought too heavy
& as the stranger's caught
the feather light touch
of falling fingers
proves too much
so falls the tower
so shatters brittle glass
& there floats the phoenix
the egg's cage escaped
with that final fatalistic pass

Changing Places

The protracted barks of a chained-
Up dog pleading for company:
Beseeching, entreating from us
Attention he sadly deserves.
His master lounges unaware
In his grand house of glass and wood
While the pooch lives in misery
Neglected and misunderstood.
If perchance their places were changed
For one single day you can bet
The pet not a bit inhumane
But the man insisting complains
That his collars too *oddamn tight
And you’re letting me in tonight.

Not Everybody From Danger Flees

Not everyone form Danger flees
Some do beg for it with “Please!”
Their entreating voices loudest
Sounds producing of the Noisiest:
Blokes who’d shun a state of Ease,
For ordeals paying all their fees,
Their unspeakable imagination, The Best’
Sure Danger, absent from the East, is in the West

Not everybody from Danger flees:
Danger keeps advancing and they’re trees
The Gone ultimate Warrior, for example
Consuming avoidable blows, his own sample.

Pity the Human

The journey of geese, now seen
Through Autumn seasons,
As it’s always been.

White chin-straps fly
Through snow.
They write on sky
A history we all know.

Down below they know,
Human eyes
Will follow them,
Wherever they may go.

With hearts and minds
That somehow can’t ignore,
The thought that they
Would give the earth to soar.

Pleading God, Entreating God,
Trade gravity For flight.

A one-way conversation
That will end
In dreams tonight.

Featherless Angels

gloom glides featherless angels to bleed the last ounce of ruby plasma

dim damp clouds strike silver lightening moisture from tense ebony eyes

inviting cobalt aura - glow saffron fire upon rainy faces

pleading for final noise to hit fading ears is howling newborn cries

entreating new flock to fly white Jupiter joy into sombre hearts

stars relinquishing titian rays as articles of their stardust soars

granting shadows plunging moonlight waves - melodies of hope in the light
