Gustave Mahler travelled far & wide
his emotive adagietto* he could not hide
great emotive poetry ...
but we can act the part,
subtle is the woe, entreaty,
but noble is the art....

Song of patronage
Evocative appendage
Ringing message
Entertaining package
Nacent homage
Alluring image
Doting language
Emotive entourage
spotlight on prayer
the holy spirit enters
emotive huddle
as the sanctuary fades
sibs knit together in Christ

A gallant ram stands vibrant here
Ready its learning and passion to bare
Inscrutable as the late march air
Emotive to a sufferer's tear
Sensible to the load of friendhsip he bear.
German composer Johann Sebastian Bach -
Emotive depth and his “blue notes” were his music’s bedrock.
Having fathered twenty children and always on his toes,
how did he ever find time to compose?
frost asserts emotion fathers poetry
were that undeniable
seldom flowed words from my pen
whilst oft emotive
thought fathers much poetry

Side
by side
she'd listen-
missing true love's
gaze
Face
to face
he'd listen-
only hearing
praise
In
gentle
whispers spoke
love's emotive
song
Such
love lasts
forever-
leaps deep into
deep
i had an unexpected reaction
an unforeseen emotional response that
arose from the emotive graveyard
of the subconscious mind
when you unexpectedly
stepped out of the past
and into the present
were you do not belong
prone to
bouts of
spontaneous
impulsive
self-restrictive
avoidant
emotive
interactions
full of in-actions
that appeared
to come on
suddenly
automatically
without prior
planning so
it seemed at the
time
estrangements
aftermath
try to clean
up the
emotional
mess
make an attempt
at clearing away
the sentimental
debris that
has been
left over by the
emotive quake
that devastated
the internal land
of yesterday
time stops to slip in ebony night,
emotive clock freezes
eternal pathos in congealed instants,
silhouetted in the shadow of past,
smears the strata of darkness,
designed to disguise perception lattice
On your tiny grave
Lies a wilted scarlet rose
Snow blanket covers
I wish I could tuck you in
How I miss my precious child

Love’s most emotive,
And so special to us all.
It’s all-consuming . . .
Capturing the hearts of two . . .
Binding flesh, blood, soul as one!

“From the debris of desire the essence of
lost love retrieves the hurt heart” – Quote by Poet
The glee of love embracing me if ever dies
My heart will feel it depart while it cries
From dire dust of demolished desire I’ll rise
Poem blooms as flower on tree of literature .
On composition, muse, runs, reflects, ripples on passion.
Emotive urge surges to lighten pain, to brighten joy .
May be memorable life long, if the poem charms and moves mind.
Unshakable
I once knew a poet named Upma,
People laughed as she wrote on karma,
Critics inked their dreary wit,
She egressed emotive ****,
On the go, now tries pen on dharma.

None can guess the darkening pain
Dull and aching it is
Emotive and locomotive
It keeps me never at ease
Disease to rhyme with universe
When ready it is to cry
Maimed at the mere sight
Of evil, winning as the spy!
Honorable mention in Sara's contest : My Quiet Place
a quiet
blanket
of sound:
covers,then
tickles
my ears,
evolving
evoking
tranquillity:
footsteps
in my mind
repeat,
repeat
endlessly

I love dancing to express, show and share my joy.
I revel in singing to the music, enhancing my mood.
Fashion, an aesthetic work of art is fun, I truly enjoy.
As a foodie, eager to try, seek out new or best food.
As a writer, I like emotive language … I am not coy.
Knock, knock, knock
seething at her core,
it's your older sister
emoting once more..
Knock, knock, knock,
bar that door.
She's launching missiles
in hopes of a sibling war..
Knock, knock, knock.
You've been there before.
If you don't want her angst,
then just ignore..
find it difficult to
rebound from this lose
not able to bounce
back from this estrangement
no action has help
in the effort to emotionally
recover from the past
old emotive reactions are still present
whenever thoughts escape
from the subconscious into
the conscious
Of Love
Love oozes, surges
cascades on opulence
rushing with emotive urge,
flows in elegance,
yet fades, becomes feeble, frail,
dries, decays, dies, gets extinct
completing life cycle.

LeftBrain western dominant enculturators

HER SINKING SILENCE
It feels like sinking.
This stirring, unrequited thinking.
This love. This connecting
Emotive quantum linking
It pains.
You in obduracy
Me alone, pathetically
In pain.
Again.
We could be
So happy.
Instead
We’re dead
The end.
