Premium Member He Felt Unworthy
He felt unworthy
Unworthy of love
Unworthy of friends
Unworthy of community
A walking apology
Head down, sad mouth, shaded eyes
Never validated
Never loved
Secluded from others
Including a father he claimed to despise
He never actually met him though....

Touch Owned By Midas
Touch Owned By Midas

There are things that really delight us,
Like Trump having a case of laryngitis;
Heading South;
Down in mouth;
Thinks he has touch owned by Midas.

There is not one single leaf left....

Last Night
Last night in bed,
I slept with an empty head,
Bounded by deep darkness,
Chained to the freedom of my lurkness,
Waiting on a beauty my route to ply,
Perhaps a fall from her azure sky
will waft this beauty to her beast,

For I will catch her with eyes shut,
Praying she falls to stay down with mouth shut...
But last night tammed her lost knight....

When your first urge is to say something mean
Take a page from the courtesy queen
She has lots of friends, actually they never end.

Clamp down your mouth; do not whisper or shout.
Make no sound at all. Look for good, no matter how small.

For if you jump in and say something deliberately unkind.
The person will look at you differently.
You will become the jerk in their mind....

The Lamb of Nrop
Open up your arms
Or they were thrown apart
And was crucified
On a piece of wood
Between two thieves
And pierced three times
At once.
Skin torn and ripped apart
Forced the bitter liquid
Down the mouth to swallow
gasping and choking,
vomiting
And bled all holy royalty
From the weakened body
And the sacrificial lamb
Was soiled
With the sins of ten billion souls
For all eternity and
She accepted it for
Paper....

Poetry In Making
By Parizo Van Thulare

Like the thunderstorm in my mind
It rolls ,seeking a way out
It crawls deep out of my pores, hoping to see sun

Burning as the veld fire
From my medulla to my spine ,the heat is felt .
In words rhyming like in a flog
Telling me to wake up and let in bleed
Round and round down my mouth
It wants to speak for the broken

The mender of souls
The healer of hearts
The remedy of doubts
This is POETRY in making...
