My sister likes to doodle
I thought she drew a noodle
She gave me a glare
And tugged at my hair
And told me t'was a poodle.
The
5 second
rule you all use
for dropping food on
the floor is useless if
you have got a
2 second
dog
A wag of the tail
those big brown eyes staring at me
~ a reminder it's feeding time

Enjoying a snack
On my plate with a grilled cheese
The dog comes running
It is time to share my snack
Some forme, some for the dog
Dogs
I wonder how many dogs have
unintentionally presented to
misleading groups of
dogs misleading statistical dog food data.
never been a better treat
liked smoked almonds and a beet
berry noodles fling
lemon ketchup wing
so say busy furry feet.
A dog and a cat and a flea,
All sat down to some tea,
They all ate some ham,
With some bread and some jam,
And were all as content as can be.
untitled HAIKU, beg
here run the pups to beg
smell of toast fills the room
without jam not mine

once a small dog named joe willie
complained that his mouth felt silly
for every night
he chomped and he bite
a can of alumn spiced chili.
Puppy came out of the bowels of fun.
Leaping and jumping, wanting to play.
Ate two plates of dog food while on the run.
Came back of course, the very next day.
Red furry vacuum silently goes across the floor
Consuming dropped homemade southern biscuit
Then looks up with sad eyes beggin' for more
Just for fun!!
Great danes are majestic large dogs,
big enough to keep in a stall,
pony like heights,
huge appetites,
can't afford one they eat like a hog.

A quiver of wild dogs’ tails tufted
White pompoms thrill in bloodied air
Below, hapless prey prays
There once was a green lizard of Oz
Fought by two ferocious dogs, he was
So the tale of woe goes
He swallowed them both whole
And barking became his dialogue.
New dogs - Old tricks
children play
hide and seek
broccoli
hungry dog
licks his lips
omnivore
mother smiles
a new dog
same old tricks

ham hocks
the dogs love them
sure. they are costly
but they satisfy
and our dogs are our people
I cringe as I hear their teeth crunching up bone and gristle
My teeth hurt thinking about it
He watched the dog
Wondering
Why would he take my cookie.
He would never trust him again.
He tried one of the dog’s biscuits
Understood
Why the dog took his cookie.

One day, a wolf sat,
By a babbling brook,
Awaiting a tasty snack.
He spotted a beaver,
His teeth, they cleaved her
Then by hungry bear, he was attacked;
Now he’s in Heaven without his pack.
Dog food? What crime did I commit towards the Gods that as Tantalus I must exist inside this
cage and be gawked at by my would be food.”Here kitty kitty” the plump morsel mocks. Do I
look like a dog?

It just blows my mind how prices have changed
The first house I bought cost $12,000, that's insane
Cars cost a heap
Dog food ain't cheap
Getting too excited is not good for my brain

There are certain foods that make one salivate and dribble
Like all-dressed omelets, pizzas, pastas and kibbles
Though kibbles is a dog food
Try it, it helps you go poop
You are even able to launch deadly nuclear missiles
I think I've found a brand of food
that both my dogs enjoy.
I've served it up for several days,
I've served it up in several ways,
It's really going down a treat,
it seems to be a winner,
No longer do I need to shout
"Eat your flaming dinner!"
sun-dried, saltwater-rusted
bench sits above cherry bricks
undulating like pan-fried
bacon strips, by the streetlamp
where lazy dogs whine at once
and also lose their bladders
and imagine chuletas
in the beaconed street's limelight
Cobo and Nala are two different breeds,
they have fun doing those naughty deeds,
wresting and rolling on clean bed sheets,
jumping on the kitchen table to eat beets,
sweet dog cookie bones are their treats!

Miss Dipsy Doodle loved to canoodle
Though she'd never done it with a poodle
The thought of all that fur
Sent a shiver through her ~
Why couldn't she eat her apple strudel?
