Kiss me at the dawn's clear light,
Hold my hopes upon your lips.
Kiss me through the starry night;
Fire on fingertips.
Long red tresses softly fall
Upon my naked shoulders.
As I step into the stream,
Your smile beckons me.
Love’s reflection- we are whole
Cast beneath your frothy heart
Take heed the rocks and shallows
Kiss with painted lips
Dance for the love of this life
Live for the life full of love
Love for the thrill that it brings
This is life's chaos
Oh?! ?The sweet torment of Love
freezing hot and blazing cold
equal mix-pleasure and pain
please,? ?give me your all?!
I live in a vacant world
A place where nobody’s home
Knock on the door, see who’s there
No one will answer
Russell Sivey
I smile serenely and sit
waiting as my mentor taught
to please weary gentlemen
massaging egos.

This snowglobe-like heart of mine
inheres snowstorms, yet it is
tamed by a human-skinned, bright
sunfallen one: you.
His heart stranded in the dark
stands alone under the rain
of tears that soaks his sad soul
feeling the cold chill.
The great white shark of warm seas
that is bluish while still young
becomes whitish as years pass
attacking humans.
Battling plastic faces veiled
behind charcoal framed prisons—
I breathe your ardent soul to
life in this bland world.
lonesome lark sings in cornfields
lambent love ignites the night
a secret beat our hearts skip
you kiss with your eyes
the hearth flickers 'neath a pot
water swirls and tumbles round
dried leaves bloom within the clay
misty cup of calm
IT’S YOU -DODO
For many years thought extinct
A lost friend, rediscovered
An African encounter
Ah, Dodo – it’s you
Gen Boomer says to Gen Alpha,
Bless your heart you are not God,
No, I'm not, Gen Alpha grins,
But I am young still!
Through stormy night with shadow's
thrumming of troubled whispers,
the encircling warmth of you
will soothe every fear.
In my arms I will carry you
Feel no burden when I'm with you
Veins in my stems will follow you
I am your Tarlkin Bayou.
Alfonso on a red horse
a huge rocking of the stars
where twinkling lasso stirs up
the sparkling dance floor
single segment red ribbon
round scented red velvet rose.
" Do love me for who I am,
lull my hush sorrow."

Her license plate read, "Look Up"
Heaven blessed her dirty tires
As she rolled along highways
Clinging to her faith
the wind sweeps down from the peaks
moaning in its loneliness
raging against the corners
only the eagle
the manicured lawn is set
far back from all passers-by -
signs proclaim “Stay Off The Lawn!”
but oh! fresh-mowed grass...
My tear is an expression
A deluge of emotion
Flooding out of one’s torment
A need to lament.

The dark night is softly inviting
Pink bed warm and deeply fragrant
Candles burning low on the stool
Two bodies in love
The boughs are laden with snow.
Winter tableau is painted.
Nature played overnight trick,
Turning green to white.
