As Bright As a Neon Sign On Your Lips
sometimes it gets really damp
in our minds
our thoughts shivering
under the wet blankets
of devastatingly languid
reality....

Stupid
Street people are
Telling you statements of
Untruth regarding you. You are
Pitiful. Yes, yes
Indeed you are outright
Devastatingly dumb.

Tornado
Thunderous , twisting, torrential force,
spiraling, suddenly changing course,
ravaging everything in sight,
sinister, ominous threat in flight.
Savage, swirling, deadly wind,
destructive fury that won’t rescind,
Devastatingly she seeks to destroy,
savoring the wrath that she deploys....

Tattered Hope
T ommorow talks tough,
A sking all already answered,

D uring dreams devastatingly drapped;

The One
The one who inspires and motivates me
re enforces the joy in my life very greatly.
The one who disappoints and deceives me
is one of my life's greatest tragedies,
but the one who inspires and motivates me
who inevitably disappoints and deceives me
is the one who affects my life the most devastatingly
and very rarely will I ever find any recovery....

Persnickety
Picky just like an old school pin up,
easily a trendsetter with scope.
Registered at first glance a star.
Strutting she knows what sells,
notorious for that catchy slogan
‘I won’t ever provide an alibi.’
Cute with a mouth that’s caustic,
kerchief in her hand style attack.
Each detail devastatingly divine.
Tantalize with the tip of a secret,
yes she’s a fastidious fantasy....

Jupiter
Jupiter is our Guardian Angel most definitely.
We would not be here today if not for she.
Jupiter is bombarded by asteroids continuously,
which would have hit our planet Earth so devastatingly.
She's still protecting us to this very day
taking on massive asteroids that would have otherwise come our way.
Life on our planet would have never begun
if not for the protection of Jupiter, the fifth planet from the Sun....

Destination What
How timeless
you were,
O, violence;
after summary executions.
A climactric battle
rages on, with self.
Inside you, seeking devastatingly-
the brown earth.
After the black night,
I will wait for a bright
sun. it is there, feel
of sharp landing, through the eye of a needle.
Freedom from the legacy
of legends. Where you were,
there was no traffic
of crawling truths.

The Sides of Her Shores
THE SIDES OF HER SHORES
BEE so quiet my buzzing
inside twirling soul
/BYE FUTTERFULLY inside
my stomachCAVE of butterflies
(endingly with honeyEYE loves
leap
:ingly ofC oming S prings
of silver eddies behind our
shack where the river sings
SINGING SEASONS and how it
affects the sides of her
shores.
Are as majestic as twin-peaked
suns upon my adoring eyes.
Devastatingly beautiful.

In My Cemetery Garden
grow her sweet flowers,
so overwhelming, crushing;
I drown in the memory,
from Mom's own garden;
at her stone tomb they flourish,
devastatingly lovely.

The Version I Was Meant For
How did I get lost in a city I never intentionally passed through?
Devastatingly beating me down and my heart now beats to the rhythm of the blues.
Music is the only thing still helping me to live a life I no longer have the passion to dance to.
Sending a letter to the atmosphere for any sign that changes the frequency of this tormented melody - improvement is needed for the current song I'm giving attention to.
I just want to sing the version I was meant to....

Jupiter
Jupiter, Our Guardian Angel.
We would not be here if not for she.
Jupiter is constantly bombarded by asteroids almost continuously.
Asteroids which would have hit our planet earth ever so devastatingly.
We owe in great part our existence to Jupiter who guards us mercifully.
She still protects us to this very day
taking on asteroids that would have otherwise come our way.
Life on our planet would have never begun
if not for the protection of Jupiter, the fifth planet from the Sun....
