acres of wheat fields
turning golden in the sun
not these upsetting rows
of waving green tobacco
Your undoing my venturing mind
I woke up in a daydream, left behind
I found it eccentric...
But, together, we are epic

I enjoy night time
because it's peaceful
lying on my bed
sinking into softness
I let my mind drift
and I begin to daydream
falling into a deep slumber
I am a poet... a boat
without sail and rudder

Silence is golden like a ticket to knowwhere,
Just a way to daydream about the past,
When I speak the wrong things seem to always be said,
Drowning in my pain from an old best friend.

I had a dream today about the perfect bed. Its chestnut just long enough for me, with satin
sheets and a pillow. it even had my teddy bear and a top i can close for an ever lasting sleep.

whenever you are away from me
i can barely breathe or think or
move without you beside me
so i just sit back and
daydream about you
i close my eyes
and wish
you were
here.
