Premium Member Damn Is It Hot

Damn is it hot
I raised my arm
to adjust the cursor
three flies lay stunned
on the keyboard.

Damn

The little crickets
Crawlin' around in the field,
That's their world, man.
That's their planet Earth.
I hope they enjoy it.

Damn

People want from you
they want you to be talkative
they want you to be rich
they want you to be beautiful
when I just feel like being boring
Damn them and their long list.

'All Damn Thee Who Enter Here'

KNOCK – KNOCK
evil resounds
the devil’s doorknob
to Hades impounds

POUND - POUND
the hasp in its dock
whose key to perdition
— in hand to unlock

Get Off the Damn Phone!

(This is a fictional poem)

Get off the damn phone and I mean quick.
I'm expecting a call from a hot chick.
You'd better not cause me to miss her call.
If you do, you won't have any balls.

Damn (Reverse Cameo)

Speeding
Trying to get my work done
So I can spend some time with you
But, alas
The site won’t allow me on
Now, I’m frustrated
Eek gads!

Damn, the Critics Again

I must warn you poets
that savage critics are out there and that
the world is full of inebriated

Well become inebriated with poetry
full speed ahead and damn the detractors

Damn Love

It happens
When you least expect it
Its terrible
When you don’t get it
Its hard
When you want to leave it
.
.
And it suffocates
When you can’t get over it
And yes its all waste
If you choose to wait for him

My alarm went off in the middle of the night I set it for 8:00 what an annoying device A penalty should be enforced Perhaps an action in the courts Preventing it from reoccurring, that would be nice

Where's the Damn Mayo?!

(This is a fictional poem)

My sandwich didn't have any mayo so I sent it back.
The waitress spit on it so I gave her a smack.
They put me in jail and the prisoners raped me six times.
You'd better listen when I tell you never to commit a crime.

Damn Yankees

southern fried glory chicken
watermelon eatin' contest
just
ready to explode
green fried tomatoes
lip smacking cornbread
can you smell
them biscuit
fresh from the oven
with
some
marmalade
and
fresh honey
but
look down yonder
damn Yankees
