Coincidence
I just cannot stop smiling.
It was only pure coincidental.
But knowing we did on the same day,
and goes the same purpose.
Funny how my heart beats faster....

Just Coincidental
"Coincidental" says little
of coins or teeth
until your son decides to see if
he can bite a dime in two.

My family is temperamental... half temper... half mental Some days both apply, but I try not to be judgemental We should all try to get along Help relief be prolonged When the pot boils over, temper and mental are coincidental

Why do I often get the shopping cart that doesn't work?
I swear, it is like some kind of coincidental quirk!
It is pulling me to the left with force as it moves,
Literally squealing like it has not wheels, but hooves!
I look like a drunk trying to get through the store,
Hurrying just to get a few things and get out the door!

The Wild Chrysanthemums On the Roadside
A mother chrysanthemum is blooming
On the side of a footpath were
People are hurrying to and fro

It stood quietly with the defiance of the people
Showing a scene that looks coincidental
Being ignored or not by the thinking eyes

Just bloomed for its own destiny as a fact
Not for a bit for the strangers' passers-by
So why does one need to offer a cheap sigh...

Star Trek
The vacuum
between the stars
didn't care.
Much of it
died silently.
There were no tears.
The spaces
met each other
by chance. Strangers
rubbed together
to become families
without benefit
of wisdom.
We traveled
with our crew
of coincidental friends.
We almost cared,
but not quite.
We were tied together
by rules we learned
late.
With this crew
we imagined
a universe of life....

Free Spirit
Spirituality outpours
Lost in own thought
Playing hocus pocus
With life
No knowing
If spellbound deeds
Are coincidental
Or realistic
Tea leaf stories
Tarot turning truths told
Not wishing harm
Nor effect on any being
Simply sending good vibes
Awaiting their return
Flailing hope
Grasping edge of life
Swords to cut through
Troubled times
A defense in your line
Of passionate belief...

Fog On the Hills
I am a man searching for a place.
I turn about staring into a vista, just hence –
just erased.

The temperature nosedives
while eyes wince.
The congealing air grows muscles, a brawny blanketing.

It is a young ghost needing to be revealed
in the cold-sweat of existence,
a fledgling elemental seeking form.

I can’t help but feel that I am just coincidental,
not any part of what’s happening here....

A Complex Number
I'm half-way through this one..,
and long before it becomes one,
I usually erase the
entire thing
I chose to call a poem.

But after a while, one thinks,

That like energy,
the truth radiates in spurts..

That continuity is a daydream,
That all growth is involuntary,
That not all coincidences are coincidental.

...

Like things, people too die,
and, that just like the root of a negative one,
One too, was an imaginary i....

Premium Member Wish For An Ordinary Day
Another day marches through September With its ordinaries, its appointments, its glitches -- Hopefully, it will pass as most uneventful, Not seared in our brain by some tragedy I’ll settle for a flaccid day of mundanity, A “live and let live” cliché kind of every day With a mere sprinkling of raw spontaneity Slipping into a quiet evening of tranquility.

Premium Member Looking Back
Looking back
curiously acquiescent
in 4th floor chaos

Looking through these
dresser drawers of
sleepy underclothing

Retrospective shirts
and tiresome socks,
these sheaths of self
more coincidental
than designed

Everything ajar,
windows, doors
              my dresser drawers

Clues left coyly
in my path
by boorish poltergeists

Half absent,
I impassively apprise their
surreptitious ways,
         their secret jokes
                   on my reclusion...

Catena Dalle Stelle:
The Net is being Cast ,
and then the deed will be truly done ,
As it turns out that old 5G monster's 'not as frightening as that which is too come .
Hail that new beginning and Mourn individuality's end ,
try to understand and try to comprehend ,
The system will awake but do not try to run

For the sound of human suffering will be their idea of fun .

Any parallels Which maybe misconstrued from this work of fiction to our world and It’s shaky reality are purely coincidental ....
