Scurrying making the rounds not missing a knee
Many a fool who has sat on a stool including me
Envisioned her with enchanted dreams of fantasy 
In no way am I saying she charges by an hourly fee
Just peddling spirits of seduction be her pedigree....

	Who smoothed the sheets
And swept the floors
	Of the summerhouse 

And checked the windows and
Locked the doors 

	For another season
A warmer blouse 

As Autumn entered

Colors morphing 
The artesian song 

Singing of 
The freezing 
Rains to come

As light gives way
To the longer
	        Colder day
Falling into the Night...
