mingling in the folds of thought
dreams ceaselessly wander on

Let Me Forget My Misery

I will forget my misery
When I remember my joy
All my sorrows I will bury
Happiness I will now enjoy
I will ceaselessly smile
And walk a joyous mile.

Avarice

As man ceaselessly aspires
For the things he greatly admires
His avarice seldom expires
But kindles lofty desires
That burns like raging fire
Long after his quests areacquired

Premium Member Nothing To Find

Nothing to find

Looking seems ceaseless

For the seeker

Not satisfied with nothing..

Then there is that story

At the bus stop..suddenly

Nothing appears ceaselessly...

An Absence of Time

An absence of time
That is what I desire
A place where moments pass
But hours do not
Where memories are created
But eras are not
A place where I can be
And you can be
Ceaselessly connected

Premium Member Balance of Being

Life’s equilibrium hanging on force of gravity
Rotating day and night uniformly in parity
In mystique of universe ceaselessly expanding;
Will vagaries of time tip the balance of being?

What happens if you throw yourself at the ground and miss Outer space is obviously the answer, in baseball, it's called a whiff As we travel ever skyward Soaring ceaselessly onward Until we reach the edge and fall deep into the abyss

The River

Flowing ceaselessly with power and purpose,
Touching countless lives and no two in the same way,
With power enough to end life and more often reaffirming, cleansing life,
A constant tension overshadowing a peaceful flow,
I sit beside the river and see myself reflected within.

What Kept Me Going

Groping in the cavern,
I was badly in need of a lantern,
Bereft of vision,
I was without a mission,
A bat had battered on my hat,
And on my face had swat,
On many a hurdle did I stumble,
But what kept me going,
Were the fireflies of love
Which your heart had been ceaselessly spouting.

Premium Member Zen Mode

behind the outer facade
we see the internal struggle
of each soul ceaselessly striving
hoping one day to connect
with itself in a singularity
restored as living light

there is nothing to seek per say
for we always are what we are
but why suffer pain in trance
we’re blissful when awake

Springs Kiss

Written by
Cecil Hickman

Spring delivers a sweet kiss from thee
Touching lips ever lusciously
Releasing sweetness for me
Warming you tenderly
Breaking cool air free
Springtime decree
Ceaselessly
To be

Premium Member Reflection

Reflection
Ogbon shared the word
Unfairly spread
In bits then pieces
It went around
scantily used
Tending into wanton foolishness
With a slip into silence
We wallow ceaselessly
Echoing our thoughts
Of the years past
Weighing the pending judgement
Of failing wills
Amidst present times

Premium Member The Ideal World

God,

In His infinite wisdom,

The ideal world has in heavens,

Infallibly painted

Which

Upon the soul of Man was

Reflected

Since then

Man,

Ceaselessly, has been trying

God’s art to reproduce on earth

But

To no avail!

My Pillar

Any other girl would
say,
Behind every
successful man,
Ceaselessly stands a
beautiful lady,
Does that apply in
our case?
Every step i take
Fearlessly my hand
you hold
Guarding my heart,
Holding my dreams,
It is only fair to
say
Just as it should
be,
Keep it this way,
Lest i fall,
My love,my pillar

The Incompatible

They would murderously fight in bed,
Prompting the question 'why did they wed?'
Actively blowing away the guy's money,
And suddenly ceased to call him 'Honey'
Publicly vowing to dissipate his income,
All his efforts at leverage a bunkum
Now, he's striving to the evil way chart,
And ceaselessly trying to break her heart.

He Ripped His Hand From Her Gripping Grasp

He ripped his hand from her gripping grasp
Upon the reentry of my eyes
She’s taking a drag
On a lowly, loathed fixation
Yet his hypocritical heart hunts for it
But they aren’t conjoined ceaselessly
For my presence is an unbinding force
But if you love her
Tell her
And hold her
Don’t let my existence
Rot your heart and your hands

Crying Shame For Crying Name

A crying shame
To fetch oneself a crying name
From regularized dirty game
Choosing to not be The Tame,
Forgetting where from we came
Good and Evil treating as same;
The soul damning for fame
And oneself ceaselessly blame
The Once – Pretty, Shriveled Dame
Having chosen to be the Spiritual Lame
To paradise laying not a claim.

Premium Member Timeless Joy

Timelessness when joy erupts from inside She ceaselessly comforts me every day Laws of happiness rules all to abide Whatever she says means more for today She leaves me corrupt, along for the ride And love flows between us, more anyway You are my everything, all I care for I could never wish for anything more
Russell Sivey

Void

Void of you
My life is like a wind
Drifting to nowhere
Tossed and turned
By the ragging nature

Your kisses hunted me down
Capsizing and ceaselessly
Plowing my innermost
Drilling my manliness

Void of you,
My life is separated by miles of realities
Stay with me, my dreamer

Pawn

Man's fate lies with the gods
Let no one forget the odds
Lest, he shake hands with death
And sleep without breath.

Ceaselessly, the weavers weave
The very fabric of his life
Through the gate
He'll walk with a little faith

On this path lies his real fate
A thin ice on whose cold brink he skates
He's just a pawn
For the gods move him like a clown

Evening Rains

Sunset's hue
coats the pool's skin with fiery glitter,
as raindrops ceaselessly drum everywhere my eyes can see.
Scent of spring is in the air,
as ripples blend on the pool's skin.
Raindrops will keep on playing the rhythmic
drumming, until when the
skies open once again.
