Uneasy Sleep
The space has closed in
My breath is being taken
Lost my breathing space...

Spring!
Spring into a breathing space;
 Feel delicate wild flowers brush against your feet;
 Wander into the secluded meadow;
 Stop to admire the gentle curves of Spring boughs;
 Relish them bursting with fragrant blossoms;
 Celebrate new life in abundance....

Bid On My Love
Bid On My Love

Give me unconditional love and I be your slave
             No harsh words till I reach my lonely grave

Give me my own breathing space to engrave my niche
             Waltzing romance in our idyllic world sequinned for the rich

Mirror
I gaze intently at your face,
Many hair strands outta place,
Lipstick used to perfectly trace,
Lips tremble like heading to 1st base,
Instantly i need breathing space,
Overwhelmed by feelings of disgrace,
Nothing worthy to take the showcase,
No confidence left to lose or misplace,
Lots of bad memories i need to replace,
I gotta move this MIRROR from this space....

Unsocial Recluse
When you enter her domain she will pace
Buried here in this captive place
Mournful years make fingers made from hast
Where these four walls hold a lonely face
Saddened spirits willfully so misplaced
Where lingering cries do embrace
Raising stairs driving energies into space
Where tarry moments leave a dusty trace
Whispering voices never more erase
When she has lost her breathing space...

Intervals
Intervals

Time
lapsing
repeating
a breathing space
respite from preceding activity.

An interlude that accentuates breaks
and goings on
preceding
silent
gaps.

Thus,
rending
beautiful
flowing music
enlivening auditory delight.

Giving patrons harmonious pleasure,
happiness born
through music
or words
paused.

Beautification Beans
Breathing space of time and place. Wishing waiting wanting wantonly. And a fried ham. Jellied eels do not erode in a milky ju. And segment of an oiled asparagus is not very funny for a spoon who arrives in a headdress at a ballroom. To tell a time off is to deny a denounced pink and purple acolyte of a flower . Bud then. Bead then. Braking beaming bombing being bringing basins. Hahahaha and now a chat to a cloth. Hahahaha and a jumping scarf doing the can can dance. Xxxx beautification z...

In the beginning,
the wood floor’s purpose
granted ease of care.

Grandchildren, however,
took two running steps
in sock feet, and slid
all the way down the hall.

Sweet William and Petunia,
sent feline fur floating
through breathing space
as they chased one another
and batted toy mice
across the shiny planks.

The warm, wooden hue
furnished a fitting tableau
with the furniture
of our casual lifestyle.

Peace and contentment,
settled by design
on multi-purpose surface....
