Bereft
Boorish hater of light.
Bashful, burrowing soul.
Baited with putrid smells,
Bereft of colorize.
Basking in dirt and damp.
Baying at sounds above.
Being ... once a human....

A garrulous, loquacious, querulous person can be extremely jejune and petulant.

In other words,

They are usually wordy, talkative, cranky-whining and often dull or ill-humored people....

Premium Member Nothing To Crow About
My neighbor owned a rooster on his lot

That woke me at four each dawn on the dot

      Recently, I haven't heard

         Crowing from that boorish bird

l I pray he was tossed in a boiling pot...

It's my prerogative
to be pejorative.
Crass, grumpy,
and boorish to boot.
Like me, or despise me.
I don't really care.
I'll die.
None will cry.
My coffers they'll loot.
Take what they wish.
Every last dish.
Until there's nothing left,
but the bones....

In the empty expanse of my soul ~
	I hear a welcome voice

In the shadows surrounding me ~
	I feel a soothing hand

In the boorish bars of my mind ~
	I taste a selfless love

In the murky mirror of my life ~
	I see a forgiving face

Communing with God ~
	I am sensorily complete....

Cruelty
Cunning with wily mind
   crafting ways of deceit.
Crooked with twisted heart
      curating ways to harm.
Crude with boorish actions
   causing wild damages.
      Cruelty embodied!

Premium Member Can't Make This Right
There was no way to misinterpret
You were a boorish bully
I saw it for myself
It was deliberate and cruel
Absolutely uncalled for
You didn’t back down
You could have but refused
They turned their backs in shame
There’s just no way to make this right
You had your chance
And blew it

Soft dreamy rainfall,
prelude to crackling thunder;
Tempestuous sky;

Attracted to heat
boorish Storm bothers the Sun,
electric novice;

Going back and forth
argumentative nature,
hail will never cease;

Camouflage of drops
design an unskilled picture;
Diamonds in a pond;

The water collects flooding,
a new world waits to unfold....

I Hear
I hear the dull moans of a malignant class

as classes clash and drones drone on

 Electronic wizards wrack, whack, whack

merrily on their way to a zombie-like state.

Loathing lies and jumbo surprises belie

 aires, stares and convenient alignments

welding together a mangled mass of fluff

certain to shift us toward a boorish fall

                            of great proportions...

Grumbles and groans about all she sees.
                      Bellyaching and complaining
                   Fussing, kicking and squawking
                            Peevishly petulant
                               bitter mudgeon
                               grouchy whiner
                                    a surly
                                   boorish

Dear You
Dear you,
yes, you!
Admittedly
you've shaken my serenity
even challenged my equanimity.

Dear you,
yes, you!
Gradually
dragged me into your life's acerbity
fooled by that fabricated story.

Dear you,
yes, you!
Inevitably
to the quick im sliced
overt rudeness I've aganized.

Dear you,
yes, you!
Ironically
felt my heart's truly grateful,
in no darn way be in that sphere so boorish full.

Nobel Autumn
Nobel autumn.

Rustling winds expose your frame,
To cold, damp and dreaded name.
Wind scars slash at dying summer,
Rain re-echo’s the little drummer.
Middle aged gnarled to aching spur,
Boorish zephyr chills a dreaded allure.

 Stooped, naked, shamed to despair,
You gather your strength. Send a flare.
Of gold, ochre, saffron flames of red,
A last stand, against the gelid dread.
As Cu Chulainn fought to the bitter end,
You flicker gleam my autumn friend.

Premium Member Looking Back
Looking back
curiously acquiescent
in 4th floor chaos

Looking through these
dresser drawers of
sleepy underclothing

Retrospective shirts
and tiresome socks,
these sheaths of self
more coincidental
than designed

Everything ajar,
windows, doors
              my dresser drawers

Clues left coyly
in my path
by boorish poltergeists

Half absent,
I impassively apprise their
surreptitious ways,
         their secret jokes
                   on my reclusion...

A Poetess

Like an astronaut, out of her spacecraft,
Whirling in the heavens, gravity free,
She can observe the earth, planets and
glorious constellations,
Without a moment's hesitation and sans
unwanted boorish observation.

She's beyond joy to experience being a
human being first!
And totally exhausted by the gibberish of
'sexual orientation.'
A tear of joy rolls down her lovely cheek.
In God's universe, for the loving, the wise,
and the meek.
