Communing With God
In the empty expanse of my soul ~
I hear a welcome voice
In the shadows surrounding me ~
I feel a soothing hand
In the boorish bars of my mind ~
I taste a selfless love
In the murky mirror of my life ~
I see a forgiving face
Communing with God ~
I am sensorily complete.
