Be careful with my heart
Or it could shatter in your hands.
Because im damaged.
Broken on the inside and out.
You could fix me...will you fix me?
Billy Bobby built a room,
To shutout all the world and gloom.
With a ceiling and a floor,
Without windows without doors.
Inside he nailed the final boards,
Billy Bobby we see no more!
Bobby I urge you to ignore the rest
Because my rhyme is simply the best
Second or third place will not do
That's why I'm sending money to you.

Friends, by the way
Much credit for my POTD
surely goes to Bobby May
His 'Pick a Friend' contest
motivated me to try my best
to describe what Chris Green means to me
and so, it is now clear to see
my POTD also belongs to Bobby!
Limerick: Once a London Bobby wore a bobtail
Once a London Bobby wore a bobtail
Little girls pulled his leg by the tail
So he cut off his leg
They pulled his other leg
So he cut off his head to keep the tail.

Bobby Bernard, a card-shark,
in Vegas to hone his art.
His bets never missed,
It was gambling bliss,
gold digger captured his heart.

"Humorous Limerick Poetry Contest"

I once knew a poet named Bobby
Writing trash was his only hobby
But, he thought he was great
"Fame is just matter of fate"
When not placed, said,"There must be lobby"

My nickname is Bobby and this write is purely fictional.
In a horrible dull monotone
Bobby spoke, and his girlfriend would moan,
“No kisses from me,
dear Bobby McGee
till you first kiss the old Blarney Stone.”

Bobby Bloom
is the bringer of doom
when he sweeps like a broom.
He brings an air of gloom
when he enters the room.
He sends men to their tomb
with a thunderous boom,
A little something I occasionally said to a former co-worker of mine,
Upset About Death of Bobby Kennedy
Am listening to Hardball with Chris Matthews
who had written a book about Bobby.
Was a moment we may never forget;
Our society had to pay another debt;
A body died,
And we cried;
Bobby Kennedy is gone and are upset.

BOBBY the TODDLER SPILLED THE HOT COBBLER- -
The toddler;
Stuck his finger in the Cobbler;
Burnt his fingers so he then hollered;
Before he dropped the bowl on the floor mama grasped him by his collar;

QUATRAIN POEM TYPE
the loving shape, the interface,
the passion and the rapture,
a year ago i saw her face,
was too shy to win her, capture,
but she is in my dreams orright,
unreachable ironic delight,
we locked eyes, her love on sight,
Bobby seemed beyond my right,
so i have failed to catch her...

I never wanted to be famous,
I only wanted to be great
I never promised you an answer
even now as questions inflate
I traveled each and every highway
as time kept changing once again
I never told you it was magic
—just a wish blowing in the wind
(Villanova Pennsylvania: June, 2016)
Beneath lies last-word Bobby Fife
who never paid heed to his wife.
She said that mountain was too high.
He yelled, “You’re wrong. The top I’ll try----!"

Late, controversial American chess grandmaster, Bobby Fischer
Became an anti-semite, fugitive, hermit; career fell into a fissure
Legendary enigma with predominant wins as a chess wunderkind,
But his greatest battle was with his discombobulated mind.

I've known you for a long time now
and i still can't express my true feelings to you
Love is hard with you
It seems like everything i do is wrong
I just can't do this anymore
What if you were to leave me?
We've been friends for a year now
and i think it's time for you to know that
i've been secretly in love with you
This will not go too far
But i just had to say...
I Love You...

They did the mash—they did the monster mash
In a field—in a field of trash
Republicans ain’t cool
Stink like a graveyard ghoul
One sick group—that we need to smash
Author's note: The limerick above can be recited to the rhythm of the Pickett hit song. I am supporting Bernie Sanders and hope he picks Elizabeth Warren for a running mate. The rest are fiends and zombies! This is not a joke.
My sneaky big brother Bobby May
stole my trick and treat candy today
He plays the same trick every year,
then laughs at me when I shed a tear
So this year I made sure that I got even
and added Ex Lax choc from Uncle Steven
The time has come to call it quits -
cos Bobby May has got the squits!

The minute I say
what it means to me
It will never mean
something different to you
Words are like highways
they begin and they end
You can get on and get off
where you choose
If I tell you the mile marker
I travel the most
You may miss one
I still haven’t seen
If I break it apart
and then spell it all out
There’s no mileage left
— to wander and dream

Hillbilly Bobby shared his snack with a chickadee
The bird gave out some sounds a toot, a tweet and a twee
His relatives came by and wanted bird seed too.
Bobby called in relatives to see what they could do.
They baked up cornbread and threw it onto the ground.
The smell of ham, beans and onions wafted all around.
They ended up feeding the entire chickadee nation.
Now this is an annual October harvest celebration.
He calls me Sis he's Big Brother
Kindred spirits to one another
His muse is sweet won’t ever smother
Joyful kindness is his druther
He spreads cheer like no other can
With silly rants he would never bother
Bobby May’s my favorite brother
From some other universal mother

He sticks to the wall
He sticks to the door
He even sticks to the floor
When I'm alone and I feel a way
I pull Bobby out the draw
He always saves the day
I bounce up and down on him
If I'm just that freaky
I might such it, jerk it, jump on it and hump it
Its just the size for me
I keep him near
I never know when
I'm going to need him again
Yeah
I said his name is Bobby
He does the job when I'm alone I use him to solve the problem.
