Another Modern Circle In Hell

In the thick of a wicked white world,

the blameless negress passes through:

deepest sorrow welling up

in dusky lovely eyes.

Declaring oneself blameless for the evils of this world is proof of ignoring cruel reality!

Nagging

Bad beaked beatle,biting
badly like a busy bug on
my bare black back and
it began to bleed bile
bitter blocks of
blameless
blood,balefully .

take the lot and run
go hide amongst treachery,
take all give nothing
now laws passed to protect you,
only the blameless; guilty.

Hello, folks. Happy joyful jubilation dayl
We will gather hopefully down by the bay
I feel excited and enthusiastic this happy Tuesday.
Bliss comes into my mind, this lovely fifth of May.

She

Time lies not blameless for the faded, wilting bloom,
But has not dimmed its beauty,
Must not she harbour reflections of awakening Springtime,
But surrender to the Advent of the winter of her life.

Paper People

Hills crowd close yonder,
My cries echo back & forth-
Th' void in my heart.

Blameless Sunday night,
Punished nonetheless: by your
Selfish Monday gloom.

Love does not live here,
Not anymore; ever since
We became brothels.
Form: Haiku

walls

It is within these walls you see, trapped was the woman I use to be.
A sinner, blameless at best. Not having a choice like the rest.
Craving this notion to be free, free from the reality that once be.
Though you cannot see it, it’s the impression, that forever haunts me.

Hour

Curious hour, why are you holding me to such ghastly thoughts?
Why must I be the subject of all your stinging seconds?
I have done no wrong today; I am blameless
And yet I am left here, consumed with your greedy hands
Tracing them along my chest, eyes steadfast as coursing ships

San Bernardino

Another shooting
steals many innocent souls
in California.

How many more lives
must be lost before we stop
this gun craziness?

Citizens do not
need machine guns and armor
to live peacefully.

Stop the madness of
angry folk taking their spite
out on the blameless.

Their Weak Hero

Softly softly not to smear
Your ego’s creation
Which kid gloves pat
Your yes men collective
Blind to their subdued hero
Nurture your conceit.
How you wear your crown
On your cowards brow
Pale yet blameless.
A little man in a big world
I never want to live in again.

Repentance

Who am I
to look upon you
in your love
you see me through

i am week
dead in sin
through your blood
the saints shall win

i walk in flesh
though i have a choice
through your word
i hear your voice

Lord make me blameless
wash me clean
as i repent
and make you king

Heartless

Rain of thunder in a thrill - filled room
It felt like a time of doom
Blameless souls laid lifeless
For an act that was heartless

(More than) hundred and thirty three
What an awful sight to see
May the faded souls find their home
Where there's no rain and there's no storm
Form: Rhyme

Blameless

Everything that happens
Is not my fault
I cant control all things
Sometimes things
Just have to change
Sometimes its
Noones fault
And there's no
Assigning blame
Sometimes people
Grow appart
But life will
Carry on
Just because im afraid
Is no reason to close my heart
Form: Rhyme

Aimless

I am not blameless
I am not shameless
I can't tame this
Feeling that I'm wondering
Aimless
My name is:
Fat little ball of broken love-struck stress
I am nothing more then nothing less
Sniffing dust just so I can be blessed
I wonder if I died just who would miss me
And if he'd ever get up the nerve to kiss me

I’m just an innocent poem

roses are red that kind of stuff

Oh well then are the thorns

	male or female or what

Does critical literacy enhance

	the fragrance of beauty

How many isms hide in a flower

	are petals translucent

Fertility without borders

	blameless conception

Premium Member On Grieving

Need I dwell
Where the last
Dream fell
And live such
Pain indefinitely?

Nay! To your
Fastidious guilt;

Spoon-dosing
Castor oil
While denying
Evacuation—

Think not
That I love less
For cutting short
My grieving—
When care
I more
Than self
So wear a
Smiley Face
Thus ease
The parting
Of a blameless
Soul….

Foresight

Foresight written on 8/26/88 by Tammy Ann Rose Snyder

The blameless Foresight
	Of the night
		Began to grow forthwith

It crawled and crept
	Until I wept
		But never revealed it’s myth

I sought the comfort
	To cavort
		Inside my head so deep

Almost emerging
	Then clashing and converging
		I finally fell asleep

Premium Member Anger

Being betrothed to anger, a sorry wife,
Inspires words, often verbalized in haste.
Anger pilfers joy, devastating your life,
It seeks soft targets, and lays them waste.

Collateral damage invariably is found,
Even the blameless, have charge to pay.
Slain or injured ego's too oft abound,
Knowingly perished by this bedfellows fray.

Fire Fight

How very inconsiderate,
dieing in the open;
shirking anonymity
behind the raging green.

You avoided the cacophony,
left random bullets blameless,
then when your God
abandoned You,
He left

just You,

alone;
refused to leave your ruined face
behind the mangled sandbags,
or in a shallow foxhole,
instead of here,

with Me

Destiny

Nomadic moon was roaming
in the maddened fear of night.
A wordless journey in silent dark.

Betonica
for a painless being,
sustains the blues of separation.

An inverted green
puts the roots upward
to send a message.

Fear breaks the bones
to mould the claws.
There was no oblique answer.

Nobody was blameless.

SATISH VERMA
Form:

To a Butterfly

You raise your wings like an angelic-insect,
sent with a goodwill message to deliver,
hovering around flowers gay with a gentle touch
and the kiss of life of a kindhearted fairy.
You are truly blameless of anything scary,
bringing more life to nature without defect,
generously giving without desiring much
in return unlike many a human deceiver.
Form:

Blameless

There are those who
are doomed
to be ruled
by the moon's pull
while stars clash;
who are double crossed
by Venus and Mars.
Those who bleed
are those who need
but never learn.

And there are
those who burn
those who love
only in hell.
Old tragedies
played out in pain
betrayed, denied
denied again.
Those who are
blameless
take the blame.

Premium Member Young Lust

We were young, we were ready

We were breathless and sweaty

We were bold, we were blameless

And all together shameless

It was fresh, it was flirty

It was low down and dirty

It was wild, it was frantic

Anything but romantic

Ever hot, ever faster

Ever bound for disaster

Soon our passion diminished

And all too soon was finished

Premium Member Sapphic Nonesense

Beware, social media's worldly platform,
Blameless, guilty wannabes shower esteem,
Heady headlines bathing in common manure.

Knowing one’s neighbour.

Selfie, groupies searching for public reason,
Poetry kindled reframed and lovers bonding,
Gossip transferred digital nonsense bemused.

Silence youth golden.
