The reason that Hicks ain't O'Reilly is 'cause he don' wanna be.
The reason O'Reilly ain't Hicks is 'cause he lacks capacity.

PAY THE BILLS

Stimulus and Bills

My stimulus paid half the bills
It came from Capitol hill
I said, one more please
They were just a tease
Fighting to pass it, gave me a chill

Doctor Bills

I awaited, from my Doctor Quills,
A prescription for medicinal pills
  - the pills were applied
  - but I about died
When I had received his pill bills!

Anonymous Bills

The anonymous amount of bills I once had is long gone and sad. Gave to people I shouldn't give to; A No to people I should've gave to. Next time I'll know who to give to.

How I wish This Could Settle Christmas Bills

Pain is temporary likewise gain's worth too,
Though savings might be of relief from blue,
Yet its will is of grace rank;
Using a different self bank-
One which disciplined assessment ensue.

Poor Man's Woe

A poor man's ode is his woe
One day he came cross some dough
Bought a hat, paid off some debt
Sigh... to not have bills to owe

Premium Member Electric Bills

I am thinking I might just go out drinking
If I see many more red and green lights blinking
The thought of more icicles, shimmering still
Increasing my anxiety about my electric bill.

All of Our Bills

All of Our Bills

All our bills are quickly amassing;
Deep into debt us this is casting;
Down misery's path will be lead;
Spent and wasted money instead;
Grim picture on us God was casting.

Premium Member Bills Janes and Bobs

In the rust belt loss of work is felt
as industries went overseas..
Bill's, Jane's and Bob's now pining
for jobs to support their families needs.
Good jobs are such a rarity and people here
don't want charity, so send us some good
companies please!

No Frills, More Bills

No frills airlines will get your money
My fair means or by foul
This may mean them charging you
If you need a paper towel
Or if decompression occurs
And the oxygen mask is hanging there
You will have to put a pound coin in
Before it dispenses any air

Premium Member Bills Purple Cow

Farmer Bill was bragging about his purple cow all the time.
If he has a purple cow, a naysayer said, I will pay a dollar and a dime.
Better pay up then, I told him, and the cow’s horns are a weird lime.
He also wears bells on his head, and they whistle, and they chime.

One by one surely
Bills arrive timely

Each wears a clear face
That cash can embrace

Only money can
Address such sure friends

Gratitude now counts
As bills swirl and mount

Thank you my good friends
For blessings I spend!

Roll Up My Sleeves

I got to roll up my sleeves
And go to work
Even though at times I simply don’t want to
There is no choice
Says a voice
I got to do what I got to do
For work pays bills and keeps you alive
I have rolled up my sleeves
And got to work
I am staring a new life
On a strong note
Work keeps me alive
There is nothing else to be more precise

My Bills

My bills are fear to everyone
who makes my life a home
My home secure to feel the fear
I stake a life to roam

That all my life I hope to live
Is with a strife I own
When all my life I hope to give
is with a life I've sown

So on my way to life unknown
is peace I'll have to own
When all the way I lived for life
is deft to shreks unknown

Premium Member Uncle Bills Birthday

UNCLE BILL’S BIRTHDAY

It’s Uncle Bill’s birthday today
and we’ve hardly celebrated
his leather jacket
his teasing ways
seventy’s haircut and mustache
his deep green car
with crevices and dents
the way he looks at us
from an old photograph
sitting in his faraway car
working with my other grandma
at Scott’s
...she’s gone too
