Electric Bills

I am thinking I might just go out drinking
If I see many more red and green lights blinking
The thought of more icicles, shimmering still
Increasing my anxiety about my electric bill.

I think that is probably true of most island countries, Victor. I have always wanted to visit Malta, but it just wasn't in the cards. I read your bio, and it sounds like you had a very successful career in government service. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you!
