Cameltoes of Archipelagos

As prose and verses are fabled,
the rain cats and dogs.

Love is endorphinated,
hug Dutch wife tightly.

A cup of Java,
occupied.
Nice?

Where We Want To Go

Where We Want To Go

Can you imagine an archipelago
Being right outside of Chicago
Looked at my latest map
It must be a tourist trap
There is where we want to go.

Our Inner Self

Our inner self,
An archipelago of endless
Beauty,
That stretches itself
From the shores of the
Real,
To those of the imaginary,
And far beyond to the
Divine!

Thoughts are

agitated waves of the mind's archipelago

that

would never find rest

till

the moment they break upon

the shores of expression!

     Archipelago, a word rarely spoken
Dictionary lists it as a token
        gesture to eggheads and nerds
who have to know every word
     Just don’t ask Humpty-Dumpty
               ~ his recollection’s broken

God Save Nepal

My heart goes to them
To our brethren in Kathmandu
God save them
And their country
You are all in our praying time
In the history of Sulu archipelago
And Brunei they are the hero
They are good people and loyal too.

.
I love you Nepal. Let's sail together. Layag Sug!

ALONE IN A CROWD ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
she’s alone in the bustling crowd~ around her, river of faces, a current of hurried footsteps, briefcases bumping, hushed goodbyes archipelago of motion no one notices her quietness~ train arrives, and she steps forward departure’s anonymity

WINGED ARCHIPELAGO

Green waters circumscribe an island’s pallid face,
Hexagons of light, scattered jewels on the waves.

Earthly hues, against litharge seas, shimmering gleam;
Albatross wings glide, an immaculate blue dream.

The scene suspends time, and worldly cares release -
A whisper for the human eye, a quiet aurora’s peace.

Freedom

I colonize to unite, they colonize to divide
It is time to return the union of the archipelago
To unite the community through dinar and dirham
The colonizers colonized our homeland
Through divide-and-rule tactics at hand
To colonize the colonizers should be done
Through unite-and-rule tactics must become
I love you freedom!

From Sulu To Corregidor

Trained in Corregidor
gone the Simunul
in the Sulu archipelago
the homeland of the blue
not the land of taboo

From the beauty of woman
and the beautiful island
Jabidah is known one
With ‘Sofia’ it was gone
Justice shall not be gone!

I love you peace. Let's sail together. Layag Sug!

Amphibian Warriors

Our forefathers were sailors
they were travelers and warriors
the amphibians of the archipelago.

The sea was their playground
they swung their Krises blades
the enemies cannot missed.

They love peace
and they live by peace
they fought to defend faith.

I love you peace. Let's sail together. Layag Sug!

I Love You Happiness

I wanted to put myself in a space occupied by happiness
Sweet embrace of the breeze felt in the sea side of Pahut Bongao near Sanga-sanga
Everyone is happy doing the ritual of Panulak Bala’
The month to throw misfortunes that Tausug believed
Beach full of dancing waves from the sea
Never limit the horizon of falling leaves of trees

~ GREEN JELLO ~

A fellow from an archipelago
Puts on caps and hats made of green jello
   Doesn't care what you think
   His short pants shocking pink
Wears lipstick and rouge too ~ bright hot yellow

     ~ THE TOOTH FAIRY ~

The cutest girl in the monastery
Is planning to become a Tooth Fairy
She hides teeth in her bra
   Young boys cry "Ooh-la-la"
Saying their prayers eagerly, quite merry

You Will Not Create Death

Was it the end of senseless
striptease
of the rainbow,
crawling towards the destruction ?

Pathography hurts when
you look at the sea for a
bipolar thrust. There was
an absent father.

You cannot touch the wreath,
it burns in your hands. Where
will you place it when
it was raining words ?

Ah, an accidental incest now
will spawn the half-siblings
in an archipelago of opinions.
There was no birthday celebrations.

Story that unfolds.

Archipelago
A hint. There you go!
She’s bold!
Numerous tourists?
Without thy forests?
That’s gold!!!

The flag my hand waves,
A fan of no slaves.
Wisdom!
I love the George Cross
My heroic boss
Kingdom!
Her sense of tranquil?
My heart will fulfill.
Stardom!

The flag I witness,
Promotes no weakness.
True Strength!
It’s Democracy?
Flawed hypocrisy.
