Premium Member The Trouble With Liberty

Lock-step agreement is most effectively achieved by tyranny.

Or, perhaps better stated:

Disagreement is an unavoidable by-product of freedom.

Harmony

In complexity, be simple.
In disagreement, seek agreement.
In chaos, lies opportunity.
In war, always seek peace.
In the field of hate, plant love...!

Premium Member As of soul agreement

Forgive me dear heart,
for a moment, lost in trance,
I saw not light of your soul.

Our separation
is but a part in the script
we both chose to enact here.

Poems Related To War - Zero Contribution

Peace Talks begin
in the expectation of an agreement
to be signed soon,
But talks usually start at noon,
they never end
as though they are held on the moon
war

Your hesitancy
is observed yet overlooked,
since love in your heart’s not bloomed.

Perhaps it’s a test,
as of our soul agreement,
which we merely here enact?

What If - An Election Day Riddle

If doctrine and dogma
held a conference with reality
and an agreement was reached
on a common philosophy and set of tenants
Would that be a paradox or paradigm shift?

Simulation

The universe has no purpose.
It's a part of the spiral multiverse.
Reality is but a multi-party agreement.
And simulation?
Lay back and enjoy the ride.
We are in it.

Love is a lesson
a test an agreement between two hearts
a call of emotion
denial
pain
a bonding of love

Premium Member The Wooden Bridge

We walked to the ridge;
A sinking feeling of sadness,
The wooden bridge was down,
Absolutely nothing, we could do,
Nodding in agreement we left.

We mammals have an unspoken deal with fruit
It tastefully awaits us on our feeding route
In return, we drop with manure the pits
Which is why too much fruit may give one the schitz

We have our strengths,
we have our quirks... and
together we're quite the team.

Let's just agree that
you keep being you
and I'll keep being me.

No way I could go to Oahu without my cat she said.
Poindexter is in full agreement, he nods his head.
Gets out his brochures and points with his paw.
And he says “Let’s go during Mardi Gras”.

Trump Vehement About Agreement

Trump Vehement About Agreement

We remember when Trump was vehement,
About discussing decision and agreement,
And would wait,
To extrapolate,
That no one could agree upon or cement.

Well, I don't know now
Do I?

The Agreement

Let there be an understanding
that your way
is probably not mine.

We can share a campfire,
an idea,
or the couched prayers
of our bodies

but let us agree
not to claim to know
where any of this
begins or ends.

One

for to live in harmony with the universe

must, first, bring into a harmonious agreement

the angel and the devil that reside within

his heart.

Premium Member An Attorney's Letter

Unless you pay in bills, unmarked,
your aspirations have been parked.
Our lawyers have reviewed your case,
and determined they don't like your face.
Our agreement, then, we would rescind,
to leave you twisting in the wind.

Premium Member Stormy Day

The wind is kicking up a fuss,
the trees are agitated and the daffodils are ruffled.
The mechanical metal crane nods agreement
that it too much prefers the soft warm spring breeze,
not this cold whipping wind warning of a coming storm.

Talking To the Heart

Listen to my heart,
Let me speak,
Let me open my pain,
Why stay with me this pain?
Why do not meet me,
Peace and agreement?

If the dreams come true now,
Then let me lose all sorrow,
Let me find my destination,
Such luck,let me open.
