And being told of my financial state,
I grit my teeth poor as a rotting board,
I feel like a lemon squeezed, I dont feel great ,
Please dont sink my ship while I am aboard.;
And news like this,my guts squirt out lemon juice,
I am being squeezed dry -feel I want to die ,
Financially speaking I need a truce,
A lemon squeezed no taste I want to cry,
Life with no zest is not life its abuse,
I play by your rule book most of the time,
A financial respite would make things right
My life would be like sweet wine and sunshine,,
I ask for little we need not have to fight.
Life is a quacking duck ,news rules some luck,
Your help pleases me and I never get stuck.

The thirst for power
And control has change
The country, the rules and
The rule book has been
Thrown out of the window
Now the blinders are off

Why don’t they teach you in school
all the different ways of people
the narcissists need to control
their treatment that turns cold
the manipulators need to hold
separating heart from soul
We do not see evil deeds until it is our time to bleed
the tricksters lies to deceive, the rule book they will never read,
emotional blackmail or coercion killing the dream of the person
the tattletales fictional version always depicting who is the worse one
Because those who don’t play by the rules
don’t stop until you’re miserable
teaching what’s not taught in school
so you learn after the fall
Mental health is on a scale
success as easy as the fail
yet with no method to tell
behaviour heading straight for Hell
so in this world made of people
we cannot detect what’s lethal
taught things which we have no need for
psychology is what we should teach more
Armour up our mental health
protecting us from someone else
just some knowledge there to help
so we see evil deeds in stealth
A radar to protect oneself
armed to save our mental health

The pulse of freedom
runs beneath my skin;
I won’t be confined
by any rule book
that I did not write;
Making it law
won’t make it right;
Current culture
really needs change;
One’s enough
for a seed
to catch wind;
Unite
the whole
world.

He lived in his own way with his own rule book
Thoreau needed only a bit of paper and a sharp pen
We admired his woods, his violets, his bubbly brook
Moving me to the country? Please tell me when.

Who is the master in this frivolous farm?
Crystalized chaos should cause some alarm.
Irrational ideas with no common ground,
Stifled by silence and its deafening sound.
Superior smirking with falsified pride,
Deceit of the rule book, which we must abide.
Glorified garbage, manipulation intact,
Forces at work amid the attack.
Crippling calmness disguising the deed,
Menacing caution that one must concede.
All-encompassing threats from the master at hand,
Conforming to pressure with repeated demand.
Ready to enter, the sheep tightly packed,
Pledging assurance, the odds are well stacked.
Damned are the stock with nowhere to go,
Just a floundering farmer with a poor cattle show.

we look
with anchored heart
rule book
sail boat
in lock and key,
both float
let's go-
want to say yes...
said no.

Good intentions gone unseen
Is it just coincidence
That all my intentions have gone unseen.
It doesn't matter what I do
There's always a distraction to intervene.
As it messes with the rule book
Exceeding Boundaries in its lifes pathways.
I can't remember a time of certain reassurances
That have helped me through dark days.
When will God call out to me
& answer me in prayer.
When will I be free from pains defeats
And be returned with the best of care.
I've dedicated all my lifetime
To helping others on their ways
So why must I be cruelly punished
And released the pressures of my dismay.
So now I'm contemplating
Which way in lifes path to turn.
But I'm restricted by my boundaries
As the wheels of fate decide to churn.
Be it which way I venture
My path will carefully be tread.
For fear of committing the same sins committed
From past experiences in life ive plead.

INTELLIGENT DESIGN
What goes up should always come down
The reason laws of physics have shown
What takes birth should someday die
The reasons in rule book of biology lie.
Nature functions within its own tenets
Life floats like cloud of changing facets
Dreams we make the storm surge they face
Some live, some blow away, we can’t trace.
We toil and try to take life wherever we want
Can’t reach the goal for the bridges get burnt
The wrecking reasons we can’t reckon at all
That’s when we hear sound of fate’s footfall.
Mind likes to fly on fragile wings of free will
Shape of life it can’t change or configure still
Unsure if it’s an artifact of intelligent design
Or fated expression of coded ancient gene.

You tried to win her over
with dark chocolate and daisies
Passion on beds of clover
always works with the ladies
So why her indiscretions
She revealed it with a sigh
You didn't ask the right questions
the rule book doesn't apply
See beneath all that glitters
her cool choreographed style
It's not hidden in twitters
try looking beyond her smile
Her love you cannot purchase
She can sense if you are fake
Do not play on the surface
dive down deep into her lake
Once she's truly discovered
surely passions will run deep
The depths of her uncovered
whispered secrets you must keep
She'll give you what you wish for
there is magic in her soul
If you just reveal your core
together you will be whole
Don't ever try to change her
that person she'll never be
If you try, she'll leave for sure
for that girl needs to be free!

Gotta have guts to fall and rise,
To buck the trend and wrest the prize,
To thrust your life in hands of mates,
To believe in self, tempt the fates.
Each day give yourself a surprise.
Night's dark mantle leads to sunrise,
Rise from the dust with this surmise.
Cock a snook at life if it grates.
Gotta have guts.
When you are down and life's not nice,
It's up to you to add the spice.
Play not as the rule-book states;
You'll grin when you knock at the Gates.
Heed well these words , those of the wise :
Gotta have guts!

Here, I wrote a bridal guide,
A rule book for future brides,
No matter if you're fair, fat and wide,
Or not, here's some dependable asides,
First, keep degrees and jobs up to date,
With some mates you can't relate,
You never know when the rats will turn,
To being a doormat, is what to spurn,
Keep some getaway money set aside,
This is important in a bridal guide,
Always update your roadside assist,
Without that, car bingles can get you miffed,
Ditto home and car insurance too,
Note these well, I say to brides like you,
Never take drugs if to Bali you roam,
Then you definitely won't be coming home,
Herein, I wrote a bridal guide,
My rule book for brides like you.......

Do Have Difficult Time
What I want to do most are always my do's
And all of my don'ts I do not like to use
There is no excuse for doing any of them
Whether it was a her or had been a him.
Don'ts to me are simply never worth using
From fans may be receiving a bunch of booing
According to rule book don'ts they will forbid
So why by some people are they still did.
Doing don'ts are considered to be a crime
Have become habitual when done all the time
Some were completed season after season
And at all could have done for no reason.
Some don'ts are performed by Donald Trump
Who gives out gas like they do at a pump
Becomes more then you can stand or bare
And had eventually turned into much hot air.
This same situation can also be related
To balls under-inflated and egos over-inflated
So which one of these two do you prefer?
With neither of them will I ever concur.

These magic beans come from a place
on the other side of the rainbow
Some are good some are bad
Red of course it the power to make someone fall in love with you
Blue has the power to take all your sadness anyway
Black has the power to take fear away and make you brave
These are not the kind you eat
You put it in a drink make a wish
Wait for the sparkle and it may come true
The rule book saids to be careful what you wish for
The most special bean is the mystery favor
What is does for you is always a secret
