I am a robber of sorts you see,
A line stolen here,
A phrase snatched there,
A whole world that glowers before me.

Some want me to die,
Some want to see me suffer in vain.
But little do they know,
I say goodnight to pain.

but now we are living
with Generation Z
with acne to match
(If they can ever leave their homes)
for office jobs
The performed voyager
to a new world
with resplendent coffee bars with Wi FI
where they plan
their robber baron forays

The ugly belly of robber barons

To make money do what you may
And let no rules come in your way,
Capitalism blares
As laissez-faire declares
Wild ways to thievery,
Packaged nigh cleverly
For robber barons of today,
Who should look in mirror
To reflect on error
And ponder, made they are of clay.

Joy Robber

The Bible promises the believer
a life filled with God's joy
produced by the holy spirit within
from this joy, we are the receiver

But many things stop this coming
the evil one wants to take it away
making us miserable, out to destroy
