Premium MemberDear Heart

              Oh, my dear heart,
    within your beating rhythm my serenity dwells;
I mend you from falling apart,
as old memories my soul retells.
Because of you blood flows and I am healthy and thrive,
     remember when once we almost did not survive;
we fought with courage and strength to be alive,
I love you dear heart !

Premium MemberBurns Night

Each year, an evening bright as any star,
in song and verse retells the tale once more,
with homage paid to one man’s repertoire.
Humbling and uplifting, his thoughts restore
our universal oneness, humankind
across the globe, each with each entwined.

Our frailties, joys and sorrows understood,
with love and pathos are his lines imbued.
Hands joined in celebrating brotherhood
and in our hearts enduring gratitude
for what this plain and humble man has shown,
revealing what our souls have always known.

And so, each year, we contemplate anew
this gifted ploughman and his words so wise,
partake of haggis and a dram or two,
yet mindful of the wider world outside.
To gain the peace for which the whole world yearns
feed deep upon the words of Robert Burns.

Premium MemberThe Old Rusty Gate

How I used to care for this finely beautiful gate, once!
Couldn't ever see it rusty, dingy, dusty, dirty;
Creaking of this gate left me psychically in a dunce,
I sandpapered; cleansed; oiled; kept it gold-shiny and flirty...!

This old rusty gate now retells within many stories:
Stories of our union; innocent children-communion;
Stories of progress in all glorious territories;
Stories of rise and fall and separation and union...!

How death of dear ones leaves one's existence absurd and void!
The old rusty gate now revealed to my neighbors, common;
My sadness, emptiness, dankness, loneliness and schizoid,
And announced: though I was alive: R.I.P. with Brahman...!

I should, though late, renovate this old precious rusty gate,
Relish my memories till I live and rewrite my fate...!!!

In the Zoo

Thanks God it's Friday!
Good time was spent in natural zoo

I calmly watched some of cool wild animals,

Birds, cats, monkeys ,and few more..
It was fantastic show
Full-moon gray baboon retells his old,

Doing its best to catch up Funny Silia Little Crow

Sometimes smart sometimes fool
uses her best to fellow and follow

Double-dealer white snake was not cool at all

Vapid Dick Nose seems sick as used to be bow

Inspector colorful bird sings once in awhile

One cat plays in cute childish ways with a cow

The sweet eyes Wolf was busy observing the cat

Dove was not in her pretty nest though

Marvelous Indian Ruby Canary sings
with her true lovely tone and colors I saw,

and some other beautiful neat birds
who are smoothly leaving their sows to grow

Premium MemberLiving In the Dark

It is the night, in deepest dark, that death foretells
the demon heart in which all lonely feeling dwells.

Yet, in plain sight, our eyes can’t see what life impels,
emotion’s plea, our deepest sorrow love dispels.

Blind are caustic ink filled visions, all light repels,
like charred decisions, ash from crematory tells
a tale where quietus intrepidity sells
the silent impetus toward a life of many hells.

Walled inside this ebon murk, my emotion wells;
beyond they lurk, those who are sane, their tale retells
how life is to live, and the end but brief farewells.

Though my will may bend, it is I that death compels.

FIRST FRUITS

In number small - God’s chosen men,
doth storm the earth with words and pen.
Strong tithe retells of glory reaped.
Offered first fruits of those who sleep.

We gather at the feast of weeks.
A golden wheat, the foremost peaks.
A symbol of the cross - not cheap.
Offered first fruits of those who sleep.

The wedding song of water, turned
to vintage wine, thus blest, not earned.
The one whose precious blood, sowed deep,
offered first fruits of those who sleep.

John Stone

The old mans eyes lights up
As he retells the story of the hero
Who grew in his own village our village
Who was one of them grew with them

He tells of how the hero disagreed
With the colonial church and went on
To found the African independent church
Later on he joined the freedom fighters

On the fateful day they surrounded
His hideout as he awaited provision
Sold out by a traitor who was said
To poses two voices..meaning
The traitor served two masters

Surrounded by the king African rifles
John stone asked for a cigarette
After which he scampered into the bush
Accompanied by a hail of bullets

The following days schools were burning
Independent African schools were burning
And a state of emergency was declared
And the slopes erupted in war and terror

The battle was to redeem the land
And many paid a heavy price.. blood
The old man sighs.. those were sad times
Those were sad times he ends the narrative

Alphabets of Globalization

Allergic species of alphabets causes itching in my mind,
Like rashes, lonely frail but gigantic when unite,

Words carrying meaning in accord with linked dialect,
Languages holding cultures but biased,

Such a biased word the SUN whenever screaming,
Compelling east to run for reverie when west is still dreaming,

One color of sun symbolizes one earth’s existence,
Conversely spectra signifies the seven subsisting continent,
Colors with variable wavelength, continents with unique independence,

Though I love independence but specific day is appalling,
No matter its gala of 14th august or 15th’s reveling,

Each parallel day retells story of slavery,
Concurrently imparts the feeling of diversity,

Discrimination based on race, extermination based on dialect,
Annihilation based on region, termination based on religion,

Despite of existence of immense segregation,
Still each independent slave proclaims globalization………………..

Cleopatra and Her Asp !

Pyramids hued in sand like granite,Egyptian
mummies all wrapped from ages of habits!
In those days were not shotrages in
band-aids,History retells tales of kings
being waited on by servants and hand maids!
Royalty amid tribes of the desert ruled by
Cloepatra's reign,Her fleet sailed and was
manned by slaves at oars of pain!Mark
Antony was stayed,by Cleo's asp,In those
days,it's people were ruthless and crasp!
Poisioned thru love's heartache and
disappointment at hand,They did die by
their very own hands,in this area of their
own calling,This Egyptian Desert's,royal birth
land! The Noble did want to take Royalty as
his wife,There was no hope, thus they took
their very own life! 11-12-2005'.
