September moon,
celestial skinny-dippers,
sangria soirée, so soused,
starlight swimming,
summertide celebratory,
singing soon sepia snapshots,
streaming in soulful sisterhood
psyches of sorrowful separating friends,
sadly, still scattered,
sweetly soliloquizing of 
September of ‘76. ~

Impaling Our Psyches

Hiding in daylight
concealing his teeth
Flying at night
in flocks of deceit
When fortune demands it
he says he’s a bird
When birds are in season
a flittermouse heard
He courses the difference 
of right into wrong
Impaling our psyches
— with fears to prolong

Eternally Instant

The lies are uncountable
with only one truth
tomorrow and yesterday
masks to confuse

Behind bars of enchantment
our fantasy hides
programming our psyches
rewriting each lie

To hide from the moment
its present refused
whose message eternal
intention abused

The mirror a prison
all windows set free
eternally instant
—when choosing to be

Twilight Sojourns

Days weave together
as night tears at the seams
Light as it vanishes
deserting my dreams

The sun making promises
darkness reneges 
The truth stays an orphan
that both will misgive

The rooster to signal
that devil’s retreat
Hope spawning a sunrise
where wishes beseech

All joy upon waking
released from the pall
The clock now a weapon
that hangs on the wall

In mutual exclusion
our psyches must live
A damned symbiosis
all take and no give

But hands will fall southward
the shadows reborn 
This daydream a nightmare
—as twilight sojourns

Psychology Of Poetry

psyches of all bards and writers
synchronized crowd swimming in waters
yuppies and brave souls unheard by all
chanting audience in an imaginary stall
hearts we hide as words unfold
on paper and scrolls, always young never old
lasting ink or cellphone battery so strong
of thinkers and scribblers of prong
genetics of poetry or honed skill
your poetry in a song that inspires and fill

only the strong survives and remain
filaments of musing, project and pertain

poetic justice is justice for all
or no balance like a bouncing ball
ever and never will an artist to surrender or fall
triumphant in all writings, big or small
remnants of your undying soul
yours is the scepter and crown and tiara
  like winner takes all

Inspiration Landed

We
haunt
settled
peacefully.
Hunting for faint fjords
in the fathomless duskiness.
Skywalker drawings darting amid the thrilled pine shrubs,
Psyches shaped a hollow chimera, that kept hopper throngs growing and showed acumen.

Days of Youth

Youth is a wonderland of joy and bliss
Filled with vibrancy, picture-perfect days.
Roses, blue skies, love's first trembling kiss
Winding hesitantly toward grown-up ways.

Time is a prankster that plays with our will
Enchants us to think golden days will last
Twists our psyches, sings the same tune until
we believe its message: Youth will not pass.

I laugh now, thinking of those carefree days.
we couldn't see hours slipping from time
instead, we thought nothing could bar our ways
No thought of mountains we might have to climb.

The hours and days and years hurry by
While we ponder days we'd like to amend.
We'd like time back to again give a try
reading to children with time for a friend.

Enjoy youth's energetic brief bright span
Fitting joy and heartache into each mile.
Capture youth's radiance into life's plan
then wish youth fondest farewell with a smile.

who ramble golden vales 
when past life ghosts appear
while scenic haunts postmark 
ways to blissful solace

Reliant psyches quiet a cyclic voyage solo
Duo devoted woven dig sea floor plummet

Oh No, the Heaven

The ancient times,
Buried the Genesis 
Of today's psyches,
Recycled but deformed,
Stale and stinking- 
Evolutionary idioms?
The visual décor
And the packaging
Of rotten, 
Oh no, The heaven
Ruined with the billowing smokes,
Hiding the power of Sun,
Drumming the catastrophe.

Trimmed Tongue Atonement

Menace intends to mow
         Ruthless slices stem renegades
         Remnants flap erratic, 
         Resilience remains unafraid 

          Virtuous dispose overgrown 
          Scorn of manicurist imbalanced
          Courage operates alone 
          Realisation spurred by challenge

         City's mesh messiness
         Accepts intended bedlam mosaic change
         Faceted shadow corners glint
         Light slides, vertical snake rearrange

          Cult harbingers cut opposers 
          Whip and snip straight edges
          Goaded by nurtured clones
          Rebel dispels lectures

         Scope stacks psyches intermingled 
         Hand clasp members hope 
         Allegiance tucks members beneath wing
